Arby's in Omaha

“The food was not bad. 1st time having the classic french dip & au jus, and it was pretty good.The manager was very nice. She assisted me with issues with their app.Place sometimes is busy.Check then out I will again

“Forgot this location existed til recently. Went in for some quick lunch. Food was done before we even had our sodas filled.

Staff is cheery, even taking time to decorate the lobby. Which most places don't do.

Great vibe all around. Will go back again“

“The store was clean and being cleaned at the same time, the employees were professional and friendly, the service was great and food was out in a very timely manner, the condiments were stocked well and the drink station was clean as well! One of the best Arby's I have ever been to!“

“I just had to try the hyped Arby’s Steak Nuggets, possibly my favorite steak house. No, Arby’s won’t be my fav steakhouse. But I was surprised at the Steak Nuggets. Bottom line up front: I’ll get the 10 piece soon, but please read on! I ordered the 5 piece for dine in. I received this cute little paper cup w/ plastic lid on a large platter. I used the 3 inch cover as a plate to open up a Nugget. I must admit, my order appeared char broiled, yes, I was at Arby’s, not the burger place. Absolutely not as pictured on tv or the numerous posters, inside, outside and as centered on the huge menu screen. But, in all honesty, is food ever received as the carefully crafted pictures? I still had to try one, despite appearance and reviews of being so dry that the mule choked… I cut the first one with a knife, but didn’t need to as my fork easily opened them up. I found the Stead Nuggets to be surprisingly moist and flavorful. I ate all 5 without having to resort to the large Coke that other reviews cited as a necessity. Pricey at $5.39 for a 5 piece? If you’ve bought an 1 1/2 inch steak lately at $16 - $25 a pound, then no, not overpriced. I had to ask about the charred look. I was informed that they were made to appear as smoked, burnt ends. Suddenly the appearance, moistness and flavor, all made perfect sense. I’ll definitely try them again, but next time I’m getting the 10 piece for sure.“

“I never really knew Arby’s menu but visiting the other day was educational. I was ordering a gyro and Bessie (cashier) explained the options of what meat, I never knew I had an option. Bessie then explained that we had options in fries, did not know that either. I really enjoyed the customer service I had, friendly and with a smile.“

How is it that a young lady mikeisha can be better at customer service than most places.
5 stars are not enough to describe her energy,friendliness and positive energy.
She is the epitome of what customer service should be.

“As a plumber I eat all over the place. I hadnt been to this Arbys in a few years, but as soon as the older gentleman went to take my order his voice clicked in my head, i remembered his voice. Hes a very sweet, personable guy and has worked here for some time now. Id come in simply just to talk to him.“

“Potato Cakes!!! Why are these not more popular? Why are we not demanding potato cakes at every fast food restaurant? I'll tell you why because Arby's does them best. They had their doubts. They got rid of them for a minute and then they realized they were awesome. As in Arby's was awesome, which meant they had to have the most awesome side dish back which is the potato cake. It can only sometimes be dethroned by a perfectly baked potato from Wendy's. But that is not here nor there. This is about potato cakes. And they're only at Arby's. So get potato cakes and don't forget the salt. And add a jamocha shake. You've earned it.“

“Let me tell you about Noe!! The things I wanted were not available and had to be cooked fresh. Of course thats not what you want to hear at 9pm with an insufferable migraine on day 3. But he was so pleasant about it, and had to have started it right away, cause it seemed done in no time. His attitude was amazing and friendly as they come! Keep him close, he is special! Thank you!“
