I had made the mistake of ordering to a wrong location, but when I went in the host Jordan told me he’d check on my order and told me multiple times “just to wait 10 minutes” even though I had no order ever placed on accident. I doubt he ever checked. Ended up sitting there for around an hour until someone else came and helped me out and told me that I had no order placed. Thank you a lot, Jordan.
We had an amazing experience at this BWW. Xander was our server and was very attentive and quick. We tried the buffalo ranch sauce on the wings for the first time which Xander raved about and they were delicious! Probably the best BWW experience I’ve had in Omaha.

Buffalo Wild Wings is a restaurant with a good-sized interior, although parking can be a challenge. The prices are considered high for the value received. The food is really good and the service is usually acceptable. Sometimes it's great and sometimes it's bad. It's very hit or miss. The restaurant seems to be routinely slow. Popular items include boneless wings with various sauces, fries with cheese and bacon, and super nachos. The bacon cheeseburger was good, cooked just right, with plenty of bacon. Spicy Garlic, Parmesan Garlic, and Honey BBQ wings were standouts, crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and coated well. Fries were hot and seasoned well. Service was fast and friendly. TVs everywhere, good vibe, and the food came out quicker than expected.
