Customer service is terrible. I was told I’d get a replacement meal because they forgot my whopper meal. I went to order more food today and thought I’d get the comp’d meal. The staff member on window laughed at me and I stated to my mom that customer service employees put up with a lot and it seems to play out in the service they give. The staff said you don’t get freebies and then informed me that I could find a different place to eat. Sounds like a plan. Will not ever...read full review
40 minutes of waiting and they still got the order wrong
We were served a long hair with a burger around it! Absolutely disgusting! Thank goodness we spotted it before anyone took a bite!
