Domino's Pizza in Omaha

“Love this Domino's location and the staff is always so great 👍😃 this is the only Domino's I'll ever order from. My orders are 100% accurate and they're always 💯!! Thank you Domino's for doing an exceptional job and being awesome people!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“

“Just wanted to say that two nights ago I stopped by late at night to get my wife the lava cake that she likes. And both people working were so friendly and nice that I will definitely go back for pizza. They had great service and went out of their way to friendly.“

“I frequent Dominoes because of the customization options they offer and the value. My order is always NY style crust - Extra sauce - Well done. I only use carry out. The team at this location has been killing it lately. They are fast and my pizza is perfect every time!“

“It’s a Dominoes. You’re paying for Dominoes. But as far as Dominoes Franchises go this one stands above the rest in Omaha. Their small staff delivers a powerful punch of customer service, speed, and great deals. The parking lot is insanity but I’m not holding that against them lol“

“I had placed an order at a different location the other day and received the wrong pizza. I was told to call back when I wanted to place another order and that it would be taken care of. When I called the other location the gentleman I spoke to was not there and they were unable to take care of it. I accidentally called this location at first and Hernan offered to take care of it even though it wasn’t a problem with this specific location. Hernan extremely accommodating and ended up replacing the pizza. Even at the late hour. 10/10 customer service. Couldn’t ask for better“

“Let me tell you about the best part of my night. Monique was my order hero! If you ever cross paths with this wonder of a woman, rest assured you’re in the best hands possible!

So here’s the deal: I had a moment of weakness & removed a cookie brownie thing from my online cart. But guess what? Monique, in her infinite wisdom, decided I still needed it in my life & threw it in for free. Folks, if there’s one way to a chubby dude’s heart, it’s through free food!

Monique, I owe you big time. Your act of kindness has earned my eternal loyalty. Need a warrior in your corner? I’m your guy. Just point me toward the battle! 😤

P.S.
I can't forget to shout out the other legends working behind the scenes! I saw you all hustling back there, and let me tell you, your hard work does not go unnoticed. Major respect & appreciation for all you do! Keep being awesome!“

“I'm a pizzaholic and proud of it. Get two medium two-toppers at least once a week. Usually twice. Told you I like pizza! 😄
I use the app out of convenience and to take advantage of their specials. Really save some $$$ that way! Always good. Always fast. I'm there so often they know me by name! 😄“

“NYE 2025, Absolute confusion between me, and the app. 50sec before closing, I told them they could cancel my order and I would totally understand. Nope...they took care of me. Made my order. I'm almost embarrassed. The total staff deserves HIGH PRAISE for their service's. 10 out 5 stars. !!!!!“

“So the other day I stopped by Domino's and picked up a delicious pizza. I hadn't been there for a while but I thought you know I'm going to give it a try. And first of all I have to tell you that new sauce they have that you can dunk your pizza slices in okay it's absolutely amazing! I liked it so much that I wish they sold it separately so I could have even more of it to dip my pizza in and other foods too! But the pizza was delicious I mean the crust... perfect! It just melted in my mouth and it was so good! And I got double cheese on my pizza which made it even more delicious, in my opinion! The service was great! I didn't have to wait, and when I walked in they greeted me with a smile and a hello! They told me all the discounts and deals they were offering, and the whole time the customer service specialist was very professional and kind! I would most definitely buy pizza from here again. And I noticed their store was very clean. And right at first when I walked in I already knew I loved the atmosphere because it was pleasant and welcoming! So if you're wanting a pizza tonight, seriously, get your pizza at this Domino's or any of the Domino's really! For me at least, this was an amazing purchase. Because the price was right and the pizza was awesome!“

“My wife and I travel the country year round and we've been to many many dominoes. I have to say this dominos is the best one I've been to. I've ordered from them at least 8 times. My order has always been correct, they get to house very quickly, the food is always hot & fresh and the drivers are very nice. Great job on have such an awesome team !!“

“Consistently great pizza! Pizza is typically ready on time, but you can expect to wait 15-20 minutes past the original estimated time if you are ordering during peak hours, although I've rarely experienced this (and this is more so an issue with the app, not the store!) I always have great service here and the employees are always very nice, as well as apologetic, even if it's just a couple of minutes past the expected to be ready time. This location has genuinely helped my husband and I love Dominos again!“
