“Can't say enough good things about this place. Good food, drink and always a cool atmosphere. One of the best things about the place is despite the place being packed more often than not, the service is still always stellar. If you want some excellent irishish food and a vast variety of drinks, and service that you won't find a where else, this is the place for you.“

“Hectic, terrible entry area, rude door guy usually, and not enough room. Despite all of that, the bar staff is great, the drink choices are very extensive, and I like most of the atmosphere. It's a coin flip for me whether I enjoy being there each time, but a lot has to do with how busy it is, which is not the bar's fault.Edit to respond to comment:I'm not asking for an apology. The point of reviews is so that people can know what to expect when looking for a bar. Even if it's things out of your control, it still is what happens in the bar. Sure the entrance isn't changeable, I get that. But I've personally been stuck on that stairway in freezing weather while the place was letting people in slowly over time multiple times. That's something I'd like to know ahead of time while reading through reviews of where to go. I think the rating is fair, and I'll still be there when you have fun events.“

“The lady bartender was very nice polite and if she got a little busy when she came back she would say I am sorry for keeping you waiting and all together I think she did a great job being flight with customers and knowing her drinks and making suggestions when I asked“

Annie's Irish Pub Bar • $$
1101 Davenport St, Omaha

“Fun bar in the Capitol District especially for the younger crowd. It doesn't seem to get too busy until at least 8 or 9, but once the night gets started, it does get pretty packed. I like the busy dancefloor and loud music for a night out but if you're looking for a low-key spot, this probably isn't the bar for you. The location is convenient & close to other bars and restaurants. They have a great patio for the warmer days and nights. My bartenders have always been friendly and quick. Drinks are a tad pricey but I did notice they have a good looking happy hour menu that runs until 9 pm on weekdays, so I'd like to go back and try that out.“
