Another “try a new place” night adventure took us to Mouth of the South. The service was really good. The space is tidy and attractive. We were able to converse easily. Meals were tasty. I would go back.Parking: Easy parking.Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of space and obstacle free entry.
A pleasant surprise. Creative and seemingly authentic Cajun dishes. I still do not know what the boudin balls were, but they were tasty so I would order them again. The chicken fried chicken had a nice Cajun spin with some unique flavors. The chicken was pounded nicely, but not overly breaded. The place was clean and the server was polite and professional. The specialty cocktails were refreshing and well balanced. I would definitely go back.

Everything was good. The food was, each dish was a bit dull. The boil had very little seasoning, jambalaya was dry and sticky, po boy good but not much flavor the cocktails were very heavy handed. The price point was very good. I would eat there again but just not set the bar so high.
