This is without a doubt the BEST Scooter’s in town. They consistently go above & beyond to provide amazing service - even knowing me by name! The drinks are consistently on point & the line moves efficiently.
GO TO THE SCOOTERS AT 135TH AND CALIFORNIA or IN ROCKBROOK VILLAGE! The staff at this location were very friendly, however, when I asked about being able to use my own CLEAN reusable mug, I was told they can't do that since Covid. While I understand that reasoning I also question why they sell reusable Scooters large coffee mugs if you can't actually reuse them at Scooters. I love Scooter's and want to be able to support them, but I also want to be thoughtful of our environment...read full review

I thought that the issue I had with the taste of scooters unsweetened tea was just a one location thing, but I think it might be chain wide. I'm not sure if it's the brand or they way that they're taught to brew it, but it tastes really bad. There's like an aftertaste that tastes like peas (the vegetable ) and a bit burnt. Likely over steeping didn't help but I really don't feel like I can trust the iced tea at any scooters.Also, minor issue, but I think the breakfast sandwiches...read full review
