This Scooters team is always extremely kind, caring, and attentive. I enjoy sitting in their lobby and always am greeted and welcomed by their team. They all make me feel welcome and I hope this review speaks volumes and showcases first hand the amazing customer service and outstanding drinks/snacks they make at this location particularly.
Friendly employeesCould do better to explain the protocol for service for the customer who is unfamiliar with ordering. For example, I was not asked if I wanted anything in my coffee, and upon receiving my order, there was no cream or sugar available for the customer to help themselves, necessitating asking the employees to instill additional ingredients in my coffee, and disrupting their work flow
