“This is my regular Starbs. I frequently get Maddie or the girl with long dark hair but I can’t remember her name! Anyway, huge props to those two. They always have smiles, even when it’s busy. The drink quality is super consistent and is one of the reasons, besides Maddie and the other girl, why I only go to the Starbs up north. I haven’t tried the food, but gave 5 stars because it looks good.“

“The staff is great!12/20something update: Don't know what staff that was ⬆️!? But the "barista" I got this time was not great or nice. I will not go there in the morning again. I redeemed stars for merchandise and the price changed. So I owed money then and she couldn't help or explain why!? Them to top it off she just walked away from me! Well f u 2!“

“Super nice crew! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Even while busy, you feel they are giving your full attention. I did stay for awhile due to working remote and my Internet sucks. They were kind the whole time and the environment was chill. There was music playing there that gave it a nice vibe. But I know some people like silent. I don't so I appreciated this spot.
Got bread and done in coffee with a free refill. Would go back here!“

“I have been to this Starbucks several times, and only had one bad experience with service. I was told I couldn't use my rewards points because she had already started the transaction (not sure why she couldn't restart it), and then she gave me a cake pop... Instead of an entire sandwich. If it was another entree I could have just eaten it for that day but it was a cake pop. I had to go back through the drive through. 4 stars though bc all of the other experiences have been good“

“They were so super friendly and personal! I went on a Saturday morning, which i dont know if you know, but it is hard shift to work🤣🤣 I was greeted immediately by smiling face faces. I ordered breakfast and drinks for my boyfriend to drop off to work and when I went to drop it off, he spilt it everywhere🤦🏽‍♀️ I had to go get him a new one and when I return to get him a new one, they didn’t charge me for it❤️❤️❤️ 10/10 experience every time. But this time definitely stood out.“

“A very typical Starbucks coffee shop that you find everywhere around every street corner. Just a friendly, the line was short, and the coffee was correctly made. There was not a whole lot to be talked about for a typical Starbucks coffee as we all know the taste and quality of the Brew. So I suppose they only thing to say is about their staff.The experience was good at this location. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. Keep up the good work.“

“Friendly staff. Clean tables and bathrooms. A nice coffeehouse in which to hang out for an hour or so.

Parking: Limited parking directly outside the doors, but plenty of parking available around the building. Parking lot is level and easy to walk.

Wheelchair accessibility: Sidewalk is raised and may take some effort to get up the small wheelchair ramp. One needs to cross several storefronts before arriving at Starbucks. Assistance may be needed when the coffeeshop because automatic doors are not installed. The best place for a wheelchair is at the large table near the front door. Restrooms are disabled friendly.“

“This is the absolute best-- grant its the one I most frequent so I'm incredibly biased but the staff is fantastic, always super nice, helpful, and cheery. Could not ask for more! As an update to a previous comment about the starbucks app-- they do ADD points to your card via the app but if you have rewards you have to print off the email or other proof of that reward.“

“This is my favorite Starbucks location because this is the only one that delivers consistent coffee. Other locations are a hit and miss on how they craft your drink. That is why, I try to get my coffee here when I can. They even remember their regular customer's names so plus one for customer service.“

“My wife ran in to get her drink and they had it hot and ready. When she had to go back in for a pup cup (aka "puppicino") for our spoiled chocolate lab/blue tick hound, the server was really personable, sweet, and quick which made my wife very happy. And when Mama's happy, everyone's happy. :-)“

“This place is always busy, but the wait time is not more than 5 min, after a couple of visits they know your. Name without asking! This place is very popular as an open space office any time of the year. If you need to work in a quiet atmosphere, that’s the place! The only inconvenience is that is small and some of the supplies are in a customer visibility. I general very nice place and they handle very good.“

“First time at this maple location, last mi th I went to the one inside bakers on maple and service was horrible, drink was gross and my cup was literally only filled half. But this location inside target on maple OMG the best whit mocha ever, no line no waiting great service!!! I didn't pay attention to the baristas name she was working today 4/3/19 around 8:30am! A true honest person I heard her declining a tip from the lady in front of me. Amazing person!“

“I have to say, thanks to Ashley's suggestion, I had a wonderful new experience today! I usually stick to my iced coffees, but I tried the iced peach green tea lemonade and I enjoyed it! I'm so glad I stepped outside my comfort zone and tried something new, and it's all thanks to your recommendation. Now I'm curious to explore more of the tea options at Starbucks. I witnessed a beautiful act of kindness today. A homeless man asked for help, and I offered to buy him coffee and food. David—either the cashier or manager—rang it up, then quietly discounted the order. He told me, “You shouldn’t feel like you have to buy.” His compassion and grace were unforgettable. Starbucks is lucky to have him“

“My go-to drink is not on the menu and not on their register keyboard. I was away from my usual Starbucks but thought I would give them a try. The shop was very clean and well organized but at first, I couldn't find the cup I was looking for so I went to place my order and low and behold, the cup was displayed on the counter because they had recently got them in. I then placed my order for a pastry item and my drink. The barista taking my order was very patient and using great care to make sure she got it correct. WOW! That was THE best drink I have ever had from any Starbucks, including my regular store. I only wish I could teach my home Starbucks to make my drink that way. It was so good.“

“I just wanted to say thank you for everything y’all do. I started a new job recently - it’s been a handful, and getting a quick coffee & breakfast from Starbucks has been my saving grace.

“Making this review strictly for Cassidy, the barista there! She is AMAZING. I just stopped in to pick up my mobile order for a cold brew and a nitro cold brew with sweet cream. My nitro cold brew didn’t have any sweet cream in it - which is no big deal, things happen. The main barista (don’t want to throw her name in) simply grabbed the nitro & dumped a little out, then added a little added sweet cream.

Cassidy told her she wanted to make the drink fresh for me. The main barista said “it’s under 10 minutes…. She’s fine.” Cassidy grabbed the cup and said she wouldn’t accept that & made me a fresh, delicious one! I just observed this whole conversation. But I truly think Cassidy deserves a shoutout for doing the little things to guarantee a great experience :)“

“We had an amazing experience with our barista in the drive thru.

I’d come with family and was speaking past the driver, and when we got to the window, found we were one drink short (and not charged for it). Especially understandable, given it was likely difficult to hear me when I added, ‘and one more of those’ from across the seat.

Our barista did not turn us away, ask us to come back around, or anything of the sort, but instead made us another drink right there, and so quickly too! Amazing service, we really appreciated it!“

“My absolute favorite thing to do is grab Starbucks and look around the target. The barista was very helpful and she was kind enough to suggest me few drinks and she made me iced lavender oat milk latte with pistachio cold foam on top. It was delicious. They have seating area too.“

“Loved my coffee and enjoyed the conversation with the person that made it. I wish I got her name. She had a long line of customers waiting for their coffees and some were very rude. We had an appointment in 15 minutes and she told us she wouldn’t be able to get our order out at that time so we went to our appointment and came back for it after. She remade our orders and was very kind even when I saw customers being rude to her. The owners should be ashamed of themselves and at the same time you are very lucky to have her as an employee. GET HER SOME HELP IN THE MORNING! I wish I got her name but she has a lip ring and had braids that day. You are opening her up to harassment and people being awful to her by not having another employee with her in the mornings. She was clearly stressed but put a smile on her face despite being close to tears. She was so kind and deserves better. If anyone sees her in bakers you’d better be kind and patient! She is doing everything she can even making 3 drinks at a time! I understand people are in a rush but don’t blame her blame her employer! This sweet girl is just trying to make a living I am disgusted by the way I saw some of you speak to her I am almost in tears I have been in her shoes and I think it being closer to the holidays some of you need to evaluate the way you talk to the people handling your food! You are not the center of the universe. She is helping you by making your coffee so you don’t have to press one button on your coffee maker. If she reads this I’m so sorry, you deserve better. No one should speak to someone like that. Everyone wants their stuff immediately but guess what? She has to make it! She isn’t a factory! She was pumping out drinks as fast as she could without a break in between. Give her a raise or something because wow. I bet she is at home now crying her eyes out. I really hope not though.“

“Jodi and her team with Samantha & other sweet girl with glass with smiling face always.As soon I step in they knew what I used to drink and everything ready before I checkout.They remember each and every customer with names and yhat shows how dedicated team they have. “A great place to grab a brew either at the beginning or at the end of your Bakers grocery store trip. As implied Starbucks is conveniently located at the Bakers grocery store entrance. Along with tasty hot and cold drinks they also offer a couple of product displays. I have a Starbucks insulated cup and it keeps everything hot or cold for over an hour. Sorry, I can’t give a several hours review as my drinks never last that long and they’re gone! The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew was an excellent example. On ice, very tasty and not too sweet. Service has always been excellent at every Starbucks I’ve been to, this one no exception. Extremely clean and well stocked, the baristas can make just about any combination of drink that you want. A definite stop at your next Bakers or Starbucks location!“

“I mean, it is a strip mall Starbucks. No surprises here. But, the baristas are always super nice. Wish they had blonde and dark roasts brewed in the afternoon, but I seem to be in the minority.... This is a small one so tables can be tricky to come by during busy times of day.“

“This Starbucks is actually on Creighton University's campus in the student center. The wait is hefty due to all the students getting their coffee. The staff have that 'busy barista face' indicating sheer concentration. They seem to be making great revenue.“

“Not sure of their secret but my regular order tastes better from this location. At first I thought I was imagining it or maybe just a fluke, but no. They make my regular Starbucks favorite even better. Even tried a breakfast sandwich which from other locations is ok, but definitely tastes microwaved and usually all jumbled in the bag. My sandwich was hot but didn't have the over microwaved taste and the sandwich topping were on the bread not the bag! It's the little things like that which keep me coming back. Starbucks is a personal luxury not a necessity in my life so I appreciate the extra attention. Service is always efficient and friendly. Usually hit the drive thru which is surprisingly quickly with a long line of cars. Went inside for my latest visit. It's clean and baristas have great attitudes. Even tried the free plain coffee or tea refill with account for the 1st time. Fresh cup, free drink, no attitude, just as helpful and friendly. Amazing!“

“Overall a nice hotel. We were a bit dismayed that we found little short black hairs all over the shower and a long black hair on the floor of the bathroom. Otherwise our room seemed to be reasonably clean. The hotel itself was recently renovated, so everything still looks very nice. The bar encompasses most of the lobby area. You can also order food which was mediocre for what the price was. Especially breakfast which was almost $50 for two people. The staff we encountered were all pleasant and very helpful. The only other negative was our second night there was a group somewhere near our room partying, playing music very loud and people laughing and talking loudly. It kept us awake, I wouldn't think a hotel like this would allow that. We chose this hotel because it was right across the street from the arena where we had tickets to see Jeff Dunham. Would we stay at the Omaha Hilton again? Probably not, rooms are too expensive as is the food and the cocktails. I don't think you get the best bang for your buck here.“

“I stopped by on a Monday afternoon and wait time was average. The lady that took my order was super friendly. The kid that made my drink handed it to me through the window, said nothing & didn't ask if I wanted a straw and walked away so I had to wait till someone saw me. So, service could be a bit better. My drink seemed a bit weak, not like I usually get. I didn't order food so I cant review on that yet.
I hope to give a better review soon because it's a great location and has great potential! I will try again.“

“I loved my experience at this Starbucks! The atmosphere is super cozy, with a modern and minimalist design that makes you feel at home. The lighting is soft and warm, and the background music is perfect for relaxing. The staff is friendly and efficient, they greeted me with a smile and asked what I wanted to order. I ordered a latte and they told me they would prepare it right away. While I was waiting, they offered me a glass of water and asked if I wanted any accompaniments. The service was fast and attentive, which allowed me to enjoy my drink without delays. The quality of the drinks and food is high, my latte was excellent and the pastry I tried was fresh and delicious. I liked that they could customize my drink according to my preferences. “This location is one that I frequent often since I work on campus and sometimes need a little boost, especially with how early I arrive in the morning for my shift.

Some of the baristas have recognized me and are friendly and have conversations with me, all while being able to punch in whatever my order may be. They're very friendly and kind, and that's definitely appreciated.

I love grabbing a drink so early in the morning-the only frustrating part is if I come during the afternoon, wanting to eat lunch on my break, and there's not a lot of seating area. Hopefully they could expand on that and bring in more tables/seats/etc.“

“A fine Starbucks for your coffee and caffeine needs. A warm and inviting atmosphere with comfortable chairs and plenty of seating and many tables are available. They've got nice displays of art and coffee products. The staff was friendly and efficient.“

Justin, Dani, & Matt are so sweet & kind every time I come in. They always do the most to help me & always have a pupcup (with his name written on it!!) ready for my dog. “I go here when I am workin in Omaha, although it is inside Hy-vee it is a cozy corner with nice and friendly people. Just yesterday the first time I was served by Anna who was quite rude: I asked for replacing some ingredients I cannot drink for something else I can. The other people always accommodated my request without rolling their eyes...“

I was in town on business and haven't been anywhere near here before. Alice greeted me like she'd known me forever.
She was kind but also very funny which was a comfort in a new town.
She wasn't the hero I expected but definitely the hero I needed that day.

I am astonished at her attitude especially since she told me she has been up since 4:00 a.m. Working.
