Subway in Omaha

“I love this location! After being very disappointed by the location on 72nd, I tried the one on 90th. The employees were very nice and friendly, whoever has the shift on February 7th, 2025 at around 5:30pm deserves recognition. Genuinely, I haven't had such friendly service at any other fast food or dine in restaurant in a great while. Thank you guys!“

“Went and got 2 footlongs the ladies there was so nice and happy it was very clean even the topping area I always have issues with people paying attention to what I want on my sandwich but these ladies got it the first time will definitly go back I wasn't having a good day by the time I left these ladies changed my mood“

“I ordered online and they were out of a couple items, which they kept in touch with me about! I’m not all that picky so it didn’t bother me. What stuck out to me though is that the employee was very genuine and kind! I didn’t get his name but I hope he sees this!“

“The last time I went to subway it was swamped. I have to give it to the sandwich artist behind the counter. There was a panicked bone in their body. No they simply simply assured us our wait would not be long . Then went about whipping our orders together lightning fast. I like a person who stays positive even when it looks like they are faced with the impossible task. This guy deserved a raise!“

“Excellent service, I have been in the subway more than 3 times. The food is excellent, everything tastes fresh from the excuisit chicken, turkey, white American cheese, etc. If I am in the area, I definitely would choose, Subway to fast food restaurants, as Subway is extremely quick in making a variety of sandwiches.“

“My wife and I were in a hotel near Eppley Airport in Omaha, to attend her father's funeral. As we were traveling with our two dogs, dining was a bit of a problem. It's been a long time since we had Subway sandwiches, but there was one within walking distance of our hotel and the sandwiches we're really great and provided a convenient meal or two a day.“

“I came in there two days in a row with my pregnant daughter last week. There was a nice young lady named Kathryn (also my daughter's middle name ❤️) she was so friendly and polite. She even remembered my daughter's sandwich on the second day!!!! She deserves some special recognition! She absolutely made my daughter's day!“

“2/7/25 Friday lunch rush. These 2 employees were there by THEMSELVES running this whole place. Trying to do online orders and help all the customers in line. Even though there was probably 10 people waiting in line, this younger man (20’s?) was being very patient with his older co-worker who seemed to be just learning the job. They were both very professional and were trying to go as fast as they could. I would have lost it, but these guys kept their cool. Very nice to see. I was impressed!“

“Subway's the place to eat 24/7! Yes on some occasions, Subway does not sell out all of their snacks including their chips which in essence, do expire. That defeats the purpose of talking about sandwiches, however the spicy Italian has been discontinued and they really need to bring that back. You have to consider the quality of a true Subway sandwich, personally catered by their Sandwich artist. I on the other hand have tried sandwiches by Subway in the Philippines, Turkey, France, South Korea, and Antarctica. Just to let you all know, there is no Subway in Antarctica! It doesn't matter where you order a Subway sandwich, whether it's here at the Clarkson med Center campus facility whatever or 84th and Giles in La Vista, down in Bellevue in Twin Creek, or on Abbott drive at the airport, a sandwich will always be a sandwich and that's your classic Subway quote!“

“Very clean subway and I have to say the two employees working were so sweet and kind. They did a great job making our food and putting on just perfect portions. It was a very friendly environment!

Kid-friendliness: Always a great place to bring the kids. They have kid milk options or water. I usually order a 6 inch and have them cut it in half.

Parking: Parking right out front!“

“I love this place. Sure, there is a subway around every corner, but not this location.Staff is always friendly and helpful, serving fresh and quality food. Fun atmosphere and clean store. Nice employee helped me out when my coupon wouldn’t work, and gave me the code to use for the app. He needs to be recognized!!“

“We got 4 orders of cookies to celebrate a coworkers birthday (they're her favorite type of cookies). We tried the oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, raspberry cheesecake and white chocolate macadamia nut.All the cookies were soft and delicious ?“

“Leo and Amia are the MVPs! They always make sure our night hospital staff are fed, especially since the cafeteria is closed when night shift arrives. They go above and beyond, staying literally until the last person is done ordering, not closing early. Thank you both for your patience and understanding! I'm soo thankful you're here! @Subway they both are exceptional in everyday, particularly in quality and customer service!“

“I’ve came to this subway quite a lot and the service is very very nice. There’s a young, tall, Mexican guy who usually makes my sandwiches which are always so delicious! I’ve tried to give him tips but he doesn’t take them, he just says to enjoy. All of the other subways I’ve been to can’t top the food and service at this subway!“

“This is Omaha. Right on the line between where Creighton university turns into proper North "O" So about the food, it's sandwiches so you know what you;re getting. the crowd is usually folks pulling off for a quick bite mixed with college students studying or folks from North O chilling out before hitting downtown or heading home. As a place to get some work done while having a bite it's pretty good.“

“The service is great, the food is delicious and fresh, and everyone is quite nice. If you go in the evening you'll always see kids hanging out and having a nice chat over their sandwiches and clearly enjoying themselves.

Parking: The parking lot is directly adjacent to the building and if I remember correctly there are about 20-ish spots, which is usually fine because most people walk there or take their food to go, even when they're busy I've never seen the parking lot be full

Wheelchair accessibility: There's a ramp leading up to the door and the threshold is pretty smooth, though the door itself might be a little bit cumbersome. The seating isn't that bad, you just move one of the chairs to make space for a wheelchair“

“The staff was friendly and helpful.The place was clean.They had all types of bread the toppings all looked fresh.An me an my son really enjoyed the subs.Thanks to all the employees the service and food was great.I think all the bad reviews are from ppl you couldn't make happy if you tried just my opinion.I will be returning there.“

“The last time We went to Subway at Walmart was better the time before. Which was on a Thursday night a we or so before my last... It was around 7:30-8pm -ish when we finished up at the register at Walmart when we divided to cheat for dinner and get Subway. Parked the cart and proceeded to counter thinking to order. A young lady came from the back and proceeded to sweep. Thirty seconds or so before she looked up and told use they were pretty much closed cuz someone did do their prep job. We asked how long, so she went back and asked. From what seemd like eternity, before she came back out. Said there was nothing they could do for at least 20-30 mins. Knowing we had a whole cart of groceries to put away with portion of it goes in freezer. So we were SOL on the quick dinner.The girl who took care of our last order said they are under new management again. So I guess only time will tell if things improve....“

“Can’t miss the smell or location of this Subway inside Walmart. I loved how they had snacks such as pretzels and Icees. The Icee machine wasn’t working though. :( Service and flavor is the same as your standalone Subway. During lunchtime seating may feel a little bit crowded.“

“9/25/2022Got a steak and cheese ? sandwich ?. It was tasty. When I got there, there was 10-12 people in front of me, there was an appropriately staffed line and they did a good job of keeping the line moving. ?9/6/2017A great place to get a tasty, quick meal. This Subway didn't disappoint.“

“Very courteous and professional team. Thi place is well kept and clean. The food is fresh and tasty.. I get my food regularly at this location. The two ladies are amazing Joshua, the newest addition to this team, has excellent customer service skills, is professional and prepares high standard sandwiches that are delicious and healthy. “Stopped by after work on my way home. The seating area was very clean and was more than comfortable to sit at. I was the only customer at that time and the Sandwich Artist was extremely polite, put my order together and chatted with me while he worked on my sandwich.

Parking: Spots marked for Subway parking as the lot is shared by multiple businesses.“

“Amazing staff the three staff that were there were dealing with the situation with another boss that had left and that had made a lot of things and more hectic and stressful in their lives and they did it all with a smile they were professional and they were able to laugh and joke and do the best they can with what they had even crumbled cookies go good with milk“

“My husband and I were there today 05/12/22 getting some early dinner while shopping. We met Nicole at this location and let me tell you, she’s amazing. “We ordered delivery through the Subway app and it was picked up via DoorDash. There was an issue where the store was out of a few items needed to make our order and the first DoorDasher was rude to the employees and refused to call us. After a while, we noticed that another DoorDasher had cancelled the pickup as well, so called the restaurant to check in. I didn’t catch her name but the worker was so kind! She made sure she could get our orders as close as possible without the items we needed (sauce and cookies) and substituted different cookies for us. After that, the issue was solved very quickly and she was so polite and professional. Our food arrived and she added extra cookies for us to make up for the delay. Their team is wonderful and food was still tasty even with a few changes :)“
