They ran out of an ingredient, which the AI didn't catch, and they were so worried about it they offered a free substitute when they did not have too. This speaks volumes of how much they care about the customer experience. As someone who is customer facing myself, it resonates with me.
I’ve never had any issues with this Taco Bell location, but I especially wanted to leave a review after my visit tonight, Friday the 18th around 8 PM.
I stopped by for a quick snack and to use the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working and kept giving me errors, but honestly, I wasn’t even annoyed because the crew was doing such a great job. The whole place was running like a well-oiled machine!
