As a Californian, from Los Angeles no less, this is about the closest I've found to real Mexican street tacos in Nebraska. The red sauce is spicy but delicious and familiar. The al pastor is surprisingly tasty. It's expensive though - $3 per taco. I'm used to half that, or $2 at most, for the equivalent.
We've been getting food from the Taqueria El Rey Food Truck for quite a few years. I was skeptical at first. Who gets food from a food truck in the No Frills parking lot. A friend recommended it so we tried it out. I would say we have enjoyed most of what we have had there. Our favorites are the tacos and the quesadillas. I got an order of the 4 asada tacos, which were pretty much just alright. I am a firm believer that a truck is the best place to get a taco, and it definitely passes that baseline.
