The Atlas Apartments provides a welcoming and safe living environment, ideal for students, especially those attending Creighton University. With a friendly and responsive property manager and front office staff, residents can expect prompt assistance with any issues. The apartments are known for their clean spaces and modern amenities. There is easy access to a gym and swimming pools, which is particularly appreciated during winter months. The building also features an indoor coffee shop, a bar, and a small cafe for grill and tap options. A pedestrian bridge connects Creighton University to The Atlas Apartments, and another bridge links the complex to Boys Town hospital. The outdoor architecture is unique, showcasing decorations of different cities around the world. While the complex is highly recommended for its accessibility to campus and downtown, it is important to note that many units have limited natural light, with 90% of bedrooms lacking windows to the outside. The layout can be maze-like for new tenants, and high-traffic areas may be noisy, especially on weekends. Despite these considerations, many residents find it a great place to live.
