I ordered 2 Avocado Rolls and received 2 Seaweed Rolls instead. When I called to let them know they made the wrong order, they were nothing but defensive. They stated that they heard me say the seaweed and they didn’t know what else they could do. Coming from a customer service background I understand that the customer isn’t always right, but customer service itself should be taking that extra step to make the order correct.
