Tried a few times ordering online and money was taken but no order went thru. Eventually got money back and decided to try at location and wasn’t able to complete order because classified online only. Manager or staff wasn’t helpful. This location is terrible.

Wingstop in Omaha offers a positive experience with friendly staff and good food. Several reviews highlight the helpfulness and kindness of the managers and staff, who go out of their way to ensure customers are satisfied. One manager personally prepared a fresh order after a customer's water heater issue caused a delay, and even provided complimentary brownies, demonstrating excellent customer service. The staff works well together and listens to customers' needs, creating a welcoming environment. The food quality is generally praised, with many noting that the chicken wings are hot, fresh, and flavorful, especially when seasoned generously. However, some mention that the seasoning can be too salty at times, which might affect the eating experience. Customers appreciate consistent service and have enjoyed their visits, with some considering this location better than others in the area. A few reviews mention minor issues like undercooked food or overly salty seasoning but still commend the staff for their efforts and friendliness. Overall, Wingstop provides a satisfying dining option with attentive service, making it a reliable choice for wing lovers in Omaha.
