Great organization with amazing leadership. Omaha is lucky to have OPA!
There was a vast improvement from the previous experience. Menu still short but variety better than last month. Service staff very good with increased staff to accommodate patrons. Manager is serious about good service and ambience. This is now a tablecloth restaurant! Chef visited with me to discuss previous comments and improvements. This is back to five star.
I have always been a huge fan of Zinc and the food for years. I was very disappointed in the new three course menu as the only option. I am not a dessert eater but it was a part of the ordering. I ordered the meatloaf with peach ketchup for the first time. It was a large serving but it wasn't as I hoped. Desserts like Lemon Cake are also highly recommended, making Zinc a great spot for a satisfying meal and entertainment.
