I'm always greeted immediately with a smile and a cheerful attitude play all of the staff but especially the manager on duty tonight, she's got an amazing energy about her we need more people like that in the world! Within ordering through their easily accessible app my pizza was ready within 15 minutes, made hot and fresh. The two girls working helped me navigate their futuristic pizza machine that holds your pizza hot, and out of the reach of others. Not to mention their professionalism and customer service being through the roof. If you’re not getting your pizza from this Little Caesars location, you may need to rethink a few things.“

“Stopped here yesterday for a quick bite to eat for lunch, the Bianca slice was beyond delicious. Warmed and cooked to perfection ~ with a ice crisp sprite in a glass bottle. From the perfect crunchy crust, the awesome balanced sauce, fresh toppings to the fresh mozzarella cheese slices on top it is the most consistent, fantastic pizza! I started eating lunch at the original location and moved to Bennington and have eaten at the Pacific Street location for the last 8+.“

“This place tops one of my favorite pizza places to go is there is so much to do at most of the locations, including gaming areas for the kids and a wide variety of options on their menu. The service can sometimes be a little gruff with the personnel, but by and large they are very friendly and helpful depending on how busy they are. It does get quite busy at some locations and loud with all the TVs and variety of sporting and other events on TV. But that's one of the things I love about it! Fantastic food, great pizza and other dishes!“

“Visiting and popped into this little gem. This place has been around for years and was of my friends favorite spots for pizza.

We ordered a small meat pizza and it was perfect. It took about 15 min to get our little pie and it was worth it.

I’ve had New York style pizza which I love. I’m not sure but maybe it’s a Midwest style pizza and I found it quite enjoyable. I loved the cheese on top and not too saucy as well as the crust was not overly bready.

All and all I would totally recommend this spot if you are in the area!“

This is the worst customer service I am have ever dealt with. I ordered directly from their website 4 items. I received 2 of the 4 items. The door dash person that they partner with said that’s all that was given to her. I called the store they said they can’t help me. I asked for a manager, apparently no managers work on Sunday. I asked for them to take my information for someone to call me. They refused and said it’ll be in there system. I called door dash because that’s what they said I had to do. I called door dash and they said they couldn’t help me because I placed the order directly from papa Murphy’s. I called papa Murphy’s back again they said they can’t help me because I had it delivered. Pathetic. I spent $40 and received their smallest pizza and a calzone. I will NEVER order from this store again. And I know they don’t care because of the way they treated me on the phone.

“We recently had an event at Pizza West on Maple for the volunteers of our nonprofit and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The food was delicious and the staff were all outstanding. We arranged things ahead of time via email with the owner and he made it so easy. Everything about this experience was perfect. If you have an event, choose this place. If you just want a tasty dinner out with friendly service, choose this place. “The place on the inside looks old like late 80s early 90s but its SUPER CLEAN, wait time was maybe 10 minutes at the most for two personal pictures and honestly.

OH MY GODDDDD, words do not even correctly express how GOOD the pizza was!! My husband smashed his whole personal and I've only got 2 slices left. Definitely coming back for more, I hope the people in charge give this location a not modern look update, I LOVE the old fashion feel in the air reminds me of my childhood and I want it to stay that way but a small touch up to their signs and advertisements would definitely help I think. Im gonna recommend this place for pizza hands down.“

My server seemed to be really off, she fumbled her words, had a hard time answering my questions, (maybe she was nervous) etc. I ordered a martini but she brought me something terrible in a rocks glass! We ordered, the salad bar was amazing!!! Fresh and had several choices. Our meal was another story, our waitress got our order wrong. I wanted chicken parmigiana and I got a sandwich?! She did get it corrected but I had to wait longer. At the end of our meal the manager trish came over to offer apologies. She also brought me the martini I originally asked for that she said she made herself. Awesome!! It was delicious!! She was friendly, chatted with us for a moment and deliver our bill. She didn’t even charge me for the drink! We noticed her guiding our server who was then having issues at another table. I would say we won’t be back but Trish really helped turned our opinion around! She’s definitely a manager who cares! We will give it another try and hopefully just get a more proficient server!“
