“I ordered a pizza to pick up at 8PM, but I wasn't able to make it there until 8:30PM. I called as I was pulling into the parking lot and was given the manager on the phone who told me "we closed at 8 and have already counted our drawers for the night" I replied saying that I thought they closed at 9PM and she said "no, we changed to winter hours months ago" I then proceeded to tell her I was already in the parking lot and then the manager quickly hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. I tried to call back several times and no answer, even though the voicemail they have setup kept answering and the recording even states they are open until 9PM. Their Facebook also states they are open until 9PM as well as Google. My question is why did you guys not say that you close at 8PM when I made my order at 630PM to pickup at 8PM? I think that would have been pretty important information to disclose. How else would I know you guys close at 8PM if your voicemail, Facebook, and Google all say you close at 9PM? I'm really disappointed in the way the manager handled this and probably will not return as a customer. My entire family and myself, and alot of close friends have eatin here ALOT and ordered pizza to go several times throughout the years and have never been treated So rudely before. Maybe it's the new management?“

“My wife and Iate here last night for her birthday. I had made reservations ahead so wait time wasn't an issue. We absolutely loved the atmosphere. My wife ordered the shrimp & lobster ravioli while I had the tortellini ala vodka with chicken & sausage. Our food and the homemade rolls and olive oil were delicious. To top off the night our waiter Andi was absolutely fantastic. We live an hour away but this will definitely be a staple when we're in town.“

The service was excellent as well. We don’t go to Italian restaurants generally, but this one deserves to be on our list of favorites.“

“I went into fazolis last night and this beautiful woman named Marie was the cashier that took my order she was sweet polite and was smiling the whole time even when giving me my food she made sure i didn’t run out of those delicious breadsticks and i think she dis a wonderful job by greeting me when walking in the door and when leaving i tell u fazolis has some of the best staff around other places are usually rude and trying to rush u through ur meal but not Marie she actually had conversations with me while cleaning tables So Great Job“

He kept me informed of where the order was the entire time and did an excellent job of managing the constant flow of customers while also preparing food!“

“I placed an order for a heart shaped pizza earlier this week. the employees on the phone were very helpful and even were accommodating when I called mid week to change my order. I came in on valentine’s day and while I was waiting for the employees to finish boxing up my order a very rude customer came in. it was disheartening to see a grown adult speak so rudely to a crew of teenagers. however, I’m leaving my review to say that they handled the situation very professionally. thank you for a perfect v-day dinner valentino’s! and I hope Karen had the valentine’s day she deserved.“

“So I see a lot of bad reviews from a year or two ago but I’ve been ordering from here frequently and never have a problem but today the GM WAS IN STORE and took my order, I specified no mushrooms twice and it came with mushrooms. Mind you the GM also made my order. The receipt says no mush in red. Just wanna say to the guys at the store thank you for remaking my food and I wouldn’t even be posting this review if my hoagie wasn’t picture perfect I think these guys should get the GMs next raise“

“Stopped in recently for dinner at 44th & 0 St. Ordered 2 cheese steaks and cheese bread and Omg!!! It was just like they used to make them. Full of meat, cheese with fresh vegetables. When everyone eles is doing less for more, this is not the case at Davincis. The people working there were great! So nice and brought our food to us at the table. And the cheese steaks were amazing!! They were Huge!!! We couldn't even eat everything. If you haven't stopped in lately, you need to go! 2 Thumbs-up to Davincis and their employees!!! Thankyou for delicious food and a great experience. “Valentino has a lot of history in our family. My Mom and Dad met in Lincoln. I was born there in 1962. They had dates at the original Valentino's. The historic atmosphere is certainly not the same but it's what is left. And their pizza is still pretty good.“
