My step dad an 15 yr old son went to this location in Sidney around a month or so ago and the food was COLD the different burritos weren’t marked so we didn’t know who’s cold burrito was who’s, couple items were even missing,The pizza was apparently cooked first and then just sat to get cold while made the other food. I ordered beefy tostada. It was so cold. I didn't see any beef. It was refried beans instead. It was made very sloppy. The lettuce was wilted and brown. They threw in some balls of cheese. The box the tostada came in was smeared with refried beans. Overall the food was nasty and cold. I hope that I don't get sick. A lot of people go to this Taco John's when they are traveling. Normally during day shift food is hot (as it should be), however, the person working the overnight shift either doesn’t care or is working intoxicated. Waited at the counter for several minutes when he finally came in front outside, took about 10 minutes to make 6 street tacos (3 chicken 3 beef) all of which the meat was cold.
As I said, day shift is always good, with fast friendly service, overnight shift not so much. Not the first time to be disappointed at this store
