“Always love coming here with our family! They go above and beyond to help get us set up and get our family situated- even in busier nights. It's a family favorite and the food is amazing. Definitely try the southwest eggrolls- we get them everytime because they're just that good. Valley native or not- they'll make you feel at home!“

“If I can describe the atmosphere I would say very positive, family oriented and fun. Shevys is an awesome bar that I get to DJ at and I enjoy the crowd getting down. It’s one of the best bars I’ve played so far and the owner Shevy is awesome I’m glad I was able to meet her, very humble, great owner she takes care of her clients. “The staff is always friendly, and the food is good.
Vegetarian options: They offer an impossible burger and a few meals can be made meat free.
Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free and vegetarian options.
Kid-friendliness: They are a family friendly restaurant and have great kids meal options. Kids eat cheap on Wednesdays.
Wheelchair accessibility: The only stairs in the building are for the high-tops and bar seating. There are ramps to access the area as well.“

“We had THE BEST customer service at Big Red last night! Despite every table being full, Our server Tracie K went above and beyond! From grabbing my husbands order while he was standing in the keno line, bringing my older child a cookie even though she didn’t order the kids meal, and even chasing us down with our leftover food boxes we forgot when we were walking out the door! The service was also very fast on this extremely busy night for them. We can’t wait to take our family back there!“

“We had a birthday celebration for my son Sat in the back room. Jessica Bishop was our server for the entire room probably 60 people, Jessica was the best server I have ever had. She was fast, polite and somehow knew everyone's name each time she brought a drink. Besides Jessica the room, staff and food that was set up were fantastic. Tonya the general manager was very easy to work with as well. Would do all again here.“

“I have a severe food allergy and they did an amazing job of looking at the menu and letting me Know what was safe to eat.
It was a great taste, full of flavor and our service was personalized and did not make me feel like I was a bother.

“Property Ninjas was just at the Frosty Mug Sports Bar. Our bartender Sharon was awesome. We got the hot honey garlic wings. These wings were phenomenal. I would highly recommend going and trying this place out. Great food and great atmosphere. Five stars!!!“

“Kim, or "momma Kim" as she is affectionately known by fellow workers and long-time patrons, was our server tonight and could not have been more amazing. She was so kind, patient, and remembered every little request we had -- from how we were splitting the bill to the sides of sauce we ordered. Honestly, she made our night! My extended family is in town because my grandmother is in hospice so we are all sad and overwhelmed, and we also had two rowdy kids we were trying to contain, and she made us feel so at home and was so warm to us. We loved our food, and would come back for that in itself, but because of Kim and the friendly ambiance (all the other patrons were awesome too!) -- we will come back even sooner!“

“Staying out at the lakes and came in for a family dinner. The only thing better than our time together was our server Mike. Hardworking, friendly and conscientious - he sets the standard for what a server should be. Food arrived quickly as did our drinks and was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend this location - and hey, when you come here, do yourself a favor and ask for Mike.“
