“Nice place and attentive staff. I had prime rib, and it was pretty good. My daughter got a caprese pasta, which she loved. My wife got the filet mignon. Everyone really enjoyed their dinner.One thing i loved, especially - I asked about the nuts on top of the carrots (my wife and i had ordered an extra side to share, and she's got nut allergies). The waiter answered without hesitation they were pumpkin seeds. Sometimes, when i ask questions like that, the waitstaff will need to go ask someone. That's fine, but it's nice when the waitstaff is knowledgeable.Good place for the price.“

“Sunday evening dinner. Good idea to use their website for the wait list. They do not take reservations. Servers act as a team to cover tables. The main server takes orders, but others will deliver drinks, bread, and meals. I had the Road Kill chopped steak with grilled mushrooms onions covered with pepper Jack cheese. Too salty for my taste and the grilled onions needed more cooking time. My aunt had the 20oz bone in ribeye that was perfectly cooked to medium. She ordered a smaller size but the big one was delivered. It did show up on the bill. The noise level was very high, resulting in the error. Suggest Servers repeat order in such conditions.Parking: Slots in front of restaurant occupied. Had to use adjacent lot about 100 yards from the restaurant“

“We had quite a rough start to our evening but when we came into saltgrass that immediately changed. The manager greeted us and was extremely nice off the bat. We had briefly told him about our experience at a different restaurant prior to coming in and he was very apologetic and kind. Our waiter was very attentive and had a really great sense of humor. When we were done with dinner the manager came back over and gave us a card for some money off our next bill. I have only eaten here one other time and i can confidently say that this place beats Texas Roadhouse by a mile. This restaurant is full of really great people and they should be really proud of themselves.“

“While Farmer Brown's has so many great items to choose from on their menu, any trip there for me has to include 2 of my favorites in all of Omaha, their amazing onion rings and their incredible Prime Rib! This round, I had the huge 38 oz Hired Hand Cut, and holy smokes, was this shrine to Nebraska meat tender!!! They cooked it to an absolutely perfect Medium Rare, and it sat nicely in it's au jus bath on the plate! By default, it comes out more lightly seasoned, but they give you more seasoning if you want to sprinkle it on there. Their garlic mashed potatoes were also fabulous!“
