“Went there for a SuperBowl party. I really enjoyed it. The fried mushrooms were so good. And the taco pizza too. They had live keno with the ball hopper. Even though I don't play keno, I thought that was cool. And don't forget that huge salad bar. I would go here again when in the area.“

“We celebrated our 53rd anniversary last night by eating at Legendary Red Rooster. The chicken was amazing. The service was excellent. The strawberry rhubarb pie and apple pie was oh so yummy. We even had an order of the wings to go. Had a nice visit with Ron. Oh, and I can't forget that delicious Italiam margarita.😋. We drove an hour to eat here, and we'll worth the drive. “On our walk across the country, the American Discovery Trail brings us through the town of Eagle on the way into Lincoln, and we had some time to kill so we went to Bailey's. The people here were very friendly; it was a fun and welcoming atmosphere. The food is awesome - they use locally-sourced beef, and everything tasted fantastic. We happened to be there during a Huskers game and there was only one server on duty. The place was really busy but she was handling it! Great job, fun time.“

“Great food with a great chef! - Everytime! I went in February to the Mardi Gras food festival and it was something!! Gourmet shrimp, lamb and chicken dishes, and desserts which like the bread is all made in-house. This place is run by Chef Ron, who is from New Orleans, and his dishes are wonderful! Great staff, too! The cost was only $12 for a feast! Go for Mardi Gras in February, summer BBQ or Holiday festivities like tonite's dinner - Dec 6 which features shrimp, prime rib roast beef, chicken and superb vegetable dishes. Who knew that a brussel sprout could be so yummy! The dessert table was amazing to see and snarf!!! Enjoy this place all year long!“

“It was my first time and I enjoyed it. The salad was good, but the chicken was dry though. Unless you want to be choking on the chicken, I would order the salad without the chicken. The grilled shrimp Alfredo is wonderful. They were generous with the shrimp, which I appreciated. The cheese curd is also great choice of appetizer. The complimentary croissant is nice and fresh. I would recommend eating it before it gets cold. When it's warm, it's nice and soft, but when it gets cold, it's very flaky and crusty and it does not taste the same. The staffs are nice and very accommodating. Overall, the place is 4.5/5.“

“I was very pleased with the service provided in drive-thru. The two people working drive thru (the receipt said Troy but I didn't catch the young lady's name) were so kind to me. As an older man, younger generations don't seem to care anymore but these two are special! You've got yourself some keepers... hahahah... “Love this place, so many TVs so you'll never miss a moment of the game! Food is always consistent, good and relatively cheap. My go to is one of the burgers. Some times it definitely gets pretty busy and may take a little longer but it's a great local neighborhood bar!“

“Runza is a great restaurant. This little location is great for a take home meal. It service to the neighborhood is wonderful. They are trying to stay open with all the street work. Don't let the construction hold you back. Give them your business. During the warmer weather it is fun to enjoy the picnic tables.“

“Let me start off by saying this is the second time that I brought my fiance here and we brought her boys for their first time all the way from Texas. Now the boys weren't too keen on the sandwich but they do like the fries and the ice cream and let me say that the people working here were so nice and gave them such big ice cream cones. I have to say they were very polite and nice and I definitely like how cleanly and tidy the place was and how fast the service was and how they treat you is above any other. I definitely recommend coming here.

“We went here for dinner. The host was very friendly when walking in and bringing us to our table. Our server was nice, but seemed like she did not want to be there. We did ask if the broccoli and beans had butter in it, since I'm dairy free. She told us no. The beans came out coated in butter. She did say she didn't know they would have butter (honest mistake), and said she could bring out more broccoli. I asked her if she was sure the broccoli was butter free, and she said yes. While she grabbed the second side of broccoli, we noticed the pool of butter under the steamed broccoli. When she returned, I apologized and said I was pretty sure the broccoli had butter in it. So she said she would check. She came back later and apologized, not realizing the broccoli was coated in butter. They did offer us another side, but at that point we had finished our main meals and did not want to wait longer. The manager did come out and apologized. He was very kind and offered another side, but we declined. They discounted our ticket, which was very kind of them. The salmon was very tasty, so it all worked out ok anyways. We may return someday, but our experiences with both Applebee's in Lincoln have not been the greatest. With all that being said though, the staff have been overall nice.“

He walked in to start his shift, literally walked in the door, and sat us down and took our drink order. He had so much energy and was quick to get us what we wanted.
