“I really like the food, service, and TV's available, but the keno machine makes noise and I wish they would upgrade to a silent keno operation, especially during the NE football games. There are two seeting sections, but the big screen is with the keno machine.“

“This place is known for their salads. My daughter-in-law ordered the Double Berry Chicken variety and was pleased. My son went with a classic the Single Don.

Their other famous offering is the Double Don which is a favorite burger of my husband's. I got the Frenchee kids meal, gotta get a Large side of pickles to accompany.

Kids love their chicken and mini burgers. Plus some of the best fries and rings ever. Was given lots of yummy take-home ranch for our leftovers!

“It was my first time and I enjoyed it. The salad was good, but the chicken was dry though. Unless you want to be choking on the chicken, I would order the salad without the chicken. The grilled shrimp Alfredo is wonderful. They were generous with the shrimp, which I appreciated. The cheese curd is also great choice of appetizer. The complimentary croissant is nice and fresh. I would recommend eating it before it gets cold. When it's warm, it's nice and soft, but when it gets cold, it's very flaky and crusty and it does not taste the same. The staffs are nice and very accommodating. Overall, the place is 4.5/5.“

The food was excellent, the service a little inexperienced, but the worst was the heat. The air-conditioning was not working, and after a bottle of wine, boy, you could feel the heat. This made the whole experience so uncomfortable and sad to a beautiful day and meal.“

“I’ve been a loyal customer of Amigos for over 30 years. I grew up enjoying cheesy banditos dipped in spic(e)y cheese sauce and mountain dews on an almost weekly basis. Back when they utilized the 2nd floor of their Lincoln restaurants for parties and had the 2nd drive thru lane serviced with a rickety (albeit forward thinking) tray/delivery track system. Nowadays I eat there once or twice a month or so, and it’s always an enjoyable meal. Everything comes out fresh nearly 95% of the time and always hits the spot.“

Now the boys weren't too keen on the sandwich but they do like the fries and the ice cream and let me say that the people working here were so nice and gave them such big ice cream cones. “We went here for dinner. The host was very friendly when walking in and bringing us to our table. Our server was nice, but seemed like she did not want to be there. We did ask if the broccoli and beans had butter in it, since I'm dairy free. She told us no. The beans came out coated in butter. She did say she didn't know they would have butter (honest mistake), and said she could bring out more broccoli. I asked her if she was sure the broccoli was butter free, and she said yes. While she grabbed the second side of broccoli, we noticed the pool of butter under the steamed broccoli. When she returned, I apologized and said I was pretty sure the broccoli had butter in it. So she said she would check. She came back later and apologized, not realizing the broccoli was coated in butter. They did offer us another side, but at that point we had finished our main meals and did not want to wait longer. The manager did come out and apologized. He was very kind and offered another side, but we declined. They discounted our ticket, which was very kind of them. The salmon was very tasty, so it all worked out ok anyways. We may return someday, but our experiences with both Applebee's in Lincoln have not been the greatest. With all that being said though, the staff have been overall nice.“
