“I can not say enough good things about this place. There have been days where I treat myself when I'm having a particularly bad day. One day, I was so down and stressed that the girl gave me my order and said "your loved, and you matter." Instant tears. But really made me feel better. The drinks are ALWAYS spot on and amazing!!! “I went to another dunkins and was charged 10 dollars for 2 bagels and cream cheese: they were given to us un toasted and un cut. I came to this dunks and asked if there was any way to rectify this. “I met with a customer here today, having never been there before. The downstairs was what you'd expect from a busy coffee shop. The upstairs was a great place to sit and go over paperwork, but they also have couches and almost living room set ups. It's a pretty cool space.“

“Whenever I pick up an order, the people who work here make my day. I tell my friends and family stories about how kind and courteous the staff are. I leave wanting to be a nicer person after like, a four-second interaction. 🥹🤣 The bowls and smoothies are superb too, don't get me wrong! Nothing beats the freshness and variety here. But if I'm honest, it's the precious doses of pleasant human contact that keep me coming back as often as I do. Workers of their caliber are truly priceless. Kudos and thanks to the team!

“We discovered this amazing coffee on a trip to New England earlier this year and it’s become our absolute favorite. We have tried dozens of flavors now and each one is smooth and uniquely flavorful. Our favorites so far are maple bacon, Jamaican me crazy, egg nog, hot toddy, silver & gold, and peppermint stick, although I’m sure we’ll find many more favorites the more we try! “I've been to almost all of the DD's locations in the Merrimack/Nashua area. This location is by far the best managed and the most cleanest location around. The employees there know how to do their job. They talk less and work more which means everyone gets their order quickly and correct. Literally act like they are on a mission to serve your order. I didn't realize how good this location is till i visited other locations. Far more enjoyable experience!“

So my card didn't have enough to cover my order, and my car was having mechanical problems in the parking lot.. rough day to say the least..? and the staff brought my order out to me in the parking lot anyways. “Inside Market Basket grocery store is a nice cafe with an open 50 chair seating area (high & low chairs) with 2 TVs and restrooms. You can hear the registers and customers chatting. Not a typical cafe atmosphere.the selection of tea and specialty coffee drinks is nice. They also have Market Basket bakery and fresh popcorn.The staff are very friendly and helpful.The prices are low and the WIFI is very good.overall a great place to stop off while shopping.“

“Better tasting coffee than D&D. I also like the fact that they stir your beverage if you get anything other than black. It makes a difference, and I don't know why it's not common practice àt all coffee shops. Great customer service, you can tell by their attitude that they appreciate you as a customer and your patronage. They also do a lot with a little. For such a small shop, they offer many choices and are very efficient at keeping the wait time minimal.

Parking: Locations are drive-thru only, some locations have areas that you can pull over to get things in order before you set off driving.

“The early morning weekday duo of Karen and Bev is nothing short of a very well-ouled (and plesant!) machine! They work steadily and quietly until a customer arrives and on a or both of them greets them often by name (and knowing their order!) Simultaneously, on line orders are being sent non-stop and they're filling those too! Steadily, orderly calmly. At about 7:00, Taylor and Justin arrive, take their places in the "dance" and things continue in the same steady, orderly and very pleasant manner. They make their Dunkins a very nice place to start my morning and I'm most grateful, for their early morning hours, their hard work and for simply being pleasant and kind. There's nothing more important than that! Thank you!“

There is also an beautiful outside porch out in the back with a couch and table and tables. So you can enjoy your time being outdoors with snacks, Beverages and so on. Plenty of space inside with tables as well. It is also a gift shop with a lot of gifts to give For the Holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, new Years Eve, 4th of july and, nice warm house gifts and birthday’s so on. I really recommend it and it is a safe place and a safe environment for all of you to enjoy. “Typically friendly service but there’s a decent amount of turnover in a short amount of time. My orders are always accurate at this location so I appreciate that.
Sadly, this location needs a good cleaning. The windows look like milk has been spilled on them. It’s been that way for a long time. There is a huge difference between the this locations cleanliness and the 3 other locations in Merrimack. As it’s a food establishment, it’s a turnoff as you are entering.“
