“To start, I order a dinner box from here. Never had issues before and loved this location. I got my order delivered and upon ope ing my food notice the order was incorrect. Ok, no big deal, decided to eat it anyways. Got in two pieces of pizza and then discover a thick long black hair under my cheese!! I called the store and asked for a manager. The guy I spoke to said he was a manager and I informed him what happened and that I would like a refund. He then asked for order number and phone number. He said he couldn't find my order. I said well this is the order number I was given and even gave all the other info for the order. He then said he would find someone that could help me so he obviously wasn't the manager like he stated. Be put the phone down for about 2 minutes then hung up. I tried calling back and they won't answer my calls at all now. $30 down the drain. I want to vomit.“

“I should preface my review with, "I'm not an easy customer, with a fair amount of special requests..." That said, I have to say, Tyler is great at customer service!! I've ordered food here more than a few times, but he's never complained and has actually learned my order!! I am a creature of habit, but this is the only place that has anticipated my order and began cooking it before I have finished placing it! WOW! It's all because of his dedication to excellent customer service. One may have to wait a few minutes, but this is the best BK location I personally have been to and will definitely return thanks to this manager. Thank you Tyler!“
