I appreciated how he made eye contact with my kids and treated them with the same respect as any adult as they placed their orders. It is those little things that help kids learn how to interact confidently with others.“

“I hired Caroline’s to supply all of the food for my Dads end of life celebration after he passed away. I spoke with Laurie and asked her if they could accommodate a backyard bbq style menu which she assured me they could. I had specific food requests all to which they supplied without any questions or issues. The food arrived hot, delicious and better than I had imagined! Laurie was a pleasure to talk to when creating the menu of my choice and working out all the details for delivery. JJ made the actual delivery and was amazing with communicating to us about his arrival time and very professional when he arrived to my home. I would highly recommend Caroline’s Fine Foods to anyone! “My husband attended an event and was blown away by how poor the food and service was. The event coordinator and my husband both told the waitress my husband has a severe dairy allergy. First he was served a Caesar salad with caesar dressing and cheese, which he obviously can't eat. The waiter took it away and did not offer anything else. My husband did go ask for a plain salad and maybe olive oil and balsamic vinegar. He got a bowl of romaine and croutons (he avoided the croutons as they often contain dairy). The waitress did bring the balsamic after the salad was eaten. The main course they gave him sweet potatoes with cream. My husband did give the waitress the sweet potatoes and she was going to bring him some more vegetables but never did. The water glasses for the room were only filled once. Many other participants complained about the food as well. The broccolini was very undercooked and over spiced. Staff did not clear the salad plates before serving the main course and participants piled the dishes between them on the tables. The room was also quite cold. My husband keeps our house at 57-62 so for him to say it was cold is very unusual.“
