“I highly recommend The Dunkin Donuts off from Loudon Rd, the staff is amazing, they take the time to help you with your order, they will remake your order if not right the first time, (which is rare) the food and coffees are incredible, service and staff are awesome people, like family, the atmosphere is wonderful, and clean, they even decorate for the holidays, and many people even come and have meals, coffee & hold groups here! It does get a little crazy in the parking lot, but that's because they are a popular business, l recommend The Loudon Rd Dunkin Donuts in Concord, NH for the best service - Holly“

“Quick service and nice staff serving up deliceous salty caramal iced coffee!This is an express Dunkin that has no indoor facilities. There is a clean porta potty outside and a couple parking spaces nearby.The line moved fast and the coffee was so good we came back for seconds!Definitely stopping again next time in town!“
“Its Dunkins what more can I say. Coffee and food is good but prices are a bit high.. but then again, Everything is getting more expensive these days. I discovered recently the reward program changed and no longer gives free coffee for your birthday and it takes longer to earn a free Coffee with the new system. Is till go for a treat now and then, but the value is not the same as it used to be.Much less crowded then the Dunkins down the street and I prefer this location. So gains a star for that, but lost a star for the new rewards program.“
“took some time entering my order into the app but it will be quicker next time cause you can save it in favorites. however it didn't save me any time, I still had to wait for my order and people who came in after me got their orders before me. may try using the drive-thru next time. otherwise no waiting to order(in store). still have to wait in drive-thru for pick up though I think.“
