“The lady today working who made my coffee, Corrina, she made it absolutely perfect and made it so super fresh. She was kind and understood what I wanted. Small decaf coffee, cream and hazelnut. Honestly the best service I got. Was simple, but left an impression.“

“I come here maybe once a week and I've never had a bad experience. It can be slow but they're nice people.

I think the way sun hits the store/drive-thru might cause irritability for some. For some reason, the sun feels extra hot right there“

“Hard-working team but easily overwhelmed, so I like to tip them well. They seemed well-staffed this weekend and remembered to pour decaf. Thank you(!) for public restrooms that are not locked (unlike Starbucks). Unfortunately though, the restroom doors look like a wild animal chewed them up, and the walls are filthy with some broken items.“

“Me and my wife Stinkler Marie stopped in thinking that Dunkin' was a public pool. We went straight to the locker rooms to fetch our sunblock and came out in our full body bathing suits and hats towels and a big umbrella set it up right in the center of the room. They were selling a small round pastry with a hole right in the center of it! That is exotic! I said to my wife, Come here woman take a look at this round pastry with what looks like real rat poopins!" And it all clicked - it makes sense. Rat poopins-Dunkins. They are a bit chewy and give off a flavor of peanuts dipped in me for oil, they go down easy and they stay down.“

“I've worked near this store for four years now, and the area is being commercially built up more and more each year. The team at this location is constantly up against it with the increasing foot traffic coming through the area. They have grit, and despite the heavy times they face, are always kind. It seems as though their manager could schedule them some help for the busy times because sometimes, they are so few and us customers are so many, I can see many customers get antsy and discouraged at how long it can take to be served. But that doesn't go against the team that's there, as they don't stop hustling while providing excellent customer service without complaint. I'm impressed by this team and this is for you all who are grinding (no pun intended) it out back there making sure we are provided with the caffeine we so badly need! Thank you!!!“

“took some time entering my order into the app but it will be quicker next time cause you can save it in favorites. however it didn't save me any time, I still had to wait for my order and people who came in after me got their orders before me. may try using the drive-thru next time. otherwise no waiting to order(in store). still have to wait in drive-thru for pick up though I think.“
