“I found this place because I was searching for a chefs tasting table. They ended up being booked out for a year so I figured just regular reservations would suffice.I booked the bar and was so glad I did. We got there and there was an anniversary card hand-signed with little congratulatory messages from the entire staff. So sweet. We did a bunch of small plates. I don’t know if I remember everything but it was all fantastic. They also brought out other dishes compliments of the chef. The chef came out twice and just chatted with us. My husband asked him about sunchoke because he’d never heard of it, and he literally went back to the kitchen and came back to show us what it was. The sous chef came out too. The owner and the bartender tag-teamed serving us and everyone was just so friendly, informative, and just so pleasant to be around. Everything was plated like a work of art. We literally stared at each plate in awe because of how pretty it all looked. Every dish was fully explained when they presented it.We started with charcuterie and it was amazing. Three meats I haven’t had before, all house made. House made pickles, jam, and crackers. A mustard that was out of this world. For our small plates we had:- crispy octopus with a squid ink tuile and some sort of amazing potato fondue. It was the best octopus I’ve ever had. We ordered it twice.- steak tartare with quail egg and potato croquettes. So tender and such an amazing mix of flavors.- duck fat beignets. We got these twice. The first was a sugar coated beignet with Serrano (I believe) ham, goat cheese and a jam. The second was foie gras with goat cheese and grapes. The sweet and savory and salty all together was a complete shock to my system. I’d eat them daily if I could.- hay smoked carrots with cecina, black garlic and port poached pears. This was compliments of the chef and was just such an amazing surprise.- salmon crudo with grapefruit, bergamot and freshly grated horseradish. Such an interesting mix of flavors. The salmon was served raw so the grapefruit was a great tenderizer. It was so buttery and fresh.- fois gras served with sunchoke cake. Yes, cake. The cake was sweet and moist and felt dense but was really light. Absolutely amazing. I don’t know if that even makes sense but that’s how I can describe it. Best fois gras I’ve ever had.- ricotta tortellini- also compliments of the chef. The dough was so tender. The ricotta was so smooth and creamy. It was served with garlic scapes and almonds and mushrooms that were perfectly cooked.- we ended up getting a cheese plate at the end as well. All three cheeses were so different and perfect. Also served with the crackers, jam, and a different mustard. For dessert we ordered a layered chocolate stout cake with a black sesame tahini ice cream. It reminded me of the most elevated chocolate peanut butter dessert you can imagine. They also sent us three other ice creams: roasted almond, fois gras, and mushroom. Everything was so creamy, perfectly sweet, and flavorful. Just absolutely stunning.I’m drooling just reliving it in my mind. I cannot wait to go back. The owner informed us about the outdoor seating along the river during the summer and how on Wednesdays (I think) they do fresh oysters that are caught that morning and the person who catches them delivers and shucks them as ordered. This was the most wonderful anniversary dinner and truly one of the top 5 dining experiences I’ve ever had, no questions asked. Such a wonderfully unexpected food gem in Exeter! Our sincerest thanks to every single staff member that made our night something we will talk about for a very long time.”

“I feel like I am in my nonnas kitchen when I eat here… not only is their food on a whole different level of delicious, the staff are beyond friendly! The cozy and kind atmosphere make it feel very welcoming… their food is always great! We were fortunate to live so close and go at least once a week. Their burgers have changed my whole perspective on burgers. Not once have I had a meal I even believed to be adequate here… every single meal has been astounding and delicious, even the specials, the milkshakes, the breakfast… I can’t remember a time I had anything remotely poor or unmemorable at this cute diner. I can’t emphasize enough just how yummy their food is”

I have to fess up, i ate that entire box in a day and went back the next day for more. I just had to get another almond croissant for me and bring one to my Mom who was also blown away but how good this dreamy croissant is.”

“My boyfriend and I are new to the area and decided to try this spot out last weekend for a breakfast sandwich, since on Instagram they looked amazing. I have an allergy to wheat and coconut so sometimes getting breakfast can be tricky. I came in and immediately saw that they were advertising a gluten free bread to add on to a breakfast sandwich, so obviously I ordered that with an egg and cheese. When I ordered the cashier abruptly told me is it an allergy, when I then said yes I’m allergic to wheat. She then told me they can’t guarantee that it won’t be involved in cross contamination. That’s completely fine, being that with wheat I mostly get congested and sneeze a ton, which still isn’t a fun time lol. In my opinion you shouldn’t advertise that you have gluten free bread, if you can’t guarantee it to be safe for folks with celiac. But my god it was the best gluten free bread I’ve ever had, and I did not have a reaction. Only thing I’m confused on is I wanted one of the smoothies very bad, but every single one had coconut yogurt. I asked if we could just keep that out and just add more milk or whatever I wasn’t picky. They saw no they can’t make substitutions. I get it I was adding something expensive but I just said remove the yogurt. In my opinion make that an option for those with allergies or even in general. When a smoothie is twice as much as your breakfast sandwich, you’re losing out on money. Overall good breakfast sandwich, but the service and “rules” are the reason I won’t be back.”

“First time coming here , no picture today but the food was awesome! Cooked Exactly how I ordered it 2 eggs over medium , bacon well done, crispy shredded hash, sourdough with butter on the side . The food came out so fast! before she put the plate down I assumed it was rushed and something was going to be wrong , but my guess was the only thing wrong! , and the staff was incredibly friendly , if you haven't been you should try it! , priced fairly as well?”

“OBA Noodle Bar serves a wide variety of teas & noodle dishes primarily from Thai cuisine in a cozy spot in central downtown Exeter. Quick & pleasant service during Sunday lunch service. The Crazy Me Duck is a must try!”
“New Pale Ale might be the best I’ve ever had. Always come here for my preference for lagers and pilsners, but Silvaticus isn’t content to do the same thing forever. Great atmosphere (music is a little loud) and great beer. The addition of a real chef offering food is awesome!”

“The food was really good and both of my parents loved the food too! Very quiet and calm place! One thing that is a bit odd is that they use plastic boxes for some of the meals. I got bulgogi and it came in a plastic container. Just curious on why they do that.”

“This is my newest favorite bakery on the Seacoast! My husband wanted a latte and pastry on the drive up RT-95 and Annarosa's popped up on Yelp. What a surprise treat for the senses! There were a bountiful variety of vennoiserie from a simple croissant to fruit and custard filled puff pastries. And last but not the least, the breads!!! There are baguettes, olive breads, pain de compagne, and more! The closest comparison of this bakery would be Clear Flour Bakery in Brookline but only bigger. The owners are welcoming and take interest in their customers. There is no seating inside the bakery ample outdoor seating in the warmer weather. And for a limited time, they have fresh baked hot cross buns, so delicious.”
“The beer is great, but the service and compassion is next level. My husband and I visited Mill 77 for the first time this afternoon with our 2 year old and 7 month old in tow. We ordered two beers and a couple dishes from the bbq pop-up. It was filled with families with children of all ages—always a good sign when you show up with littles. We’d been there for no more than 15 min and I was no more that two sips into my beer when the baby started vomiting forcefully. I’m not talking a little reflux. This could have been an adult amount of puke. I quickly whisked him out into the hall while he continued to leave a path of vomit trailing behind us.The Mill 77 team could not have been kinder. While my husband scrambled to pack up, the owner came to check in on me, brought me my still full beer and offered warm towels to help us clean up while his staff moped up our baby’s vomit. They sent us home with a four pack of their beer on the house because our experience was cut short. It is a special time in our lives to have these sweet little ones to love and care for but—as every parent knows—it is also taxing. It is a treat when we get to get out and enjoy an adult space and share a beer together. That they chose to gift us this beer so that we could continue our evening at home was incredibly kind. Truly, standing there holding my son, both of us covered in his vomit—I could have wept.I look forward to visiting Mill 77 again soon—to trying more of their beers and enjoying their family friendly atmosphere. My two year old will have fun running around their fenced-in outside space once the weather warms up.”

“Just moved to a nearby town, and so far this is my favorite coffee spot! I like that they have Atomic, and the food is great. I also love that they don't add any sweeteners by default here. Although be warned, if you're expecting e.g., your matcha latte to have a sweet vanilla flavor like Starbucks, you'll need to ask for the flavor as an add on.Parking: There are only a few spots up front, but there is a bigger lot behind the cafe that can be used too!”

“I stopped by the Morning Buzz for breakfast with my friend the other day, and it was delicious! I got the smash avocado bowl and the serving was so big, I could only eat a quarter of it. Our waitress was very nice, attentive, and helpful. I forgot how good this place is, and I can't wait to return!”

“This is starting to be our “go-to” for take out. Food is consistently fresh, tasty and ready on time! I ordered a Greek salad last night and was so impressed at how they included the olives and pepperoni in their own little containers so the juice wouldn’t ruin the freshness of the salad. Such a small detail that makes such a difference!”

“As a Christmas treat, decided to splurge, and go out for a cup of hot chocolate.I admit my expectations were low as I have never been really impressed by the standard taste. When my order arrived, at first sight, I knew this was going to be a unique experience. The whipped cream was ‘ real ‘ , delicious and piled high. With my first sip I realized I have never had a cup of actual hot chocolate before this moment ! It was creamy, thick, hot, and without a doubt, the most intense explosion of devine chocolate it has ever been my pleasure to enjoy! It did take a little preparation time, but the whole experience is one not to be rushed.Hesitant to mention that it is a bit on the pricey side, but it was worth every penny, just to know that the finest cup of quality hot chocolate does exsist !”
