“Exactly what I'd expect from a Wendy's. Ordered a burger (with modifications), fries and a brownie Frosty. Food was hot, veggies on my burger were fresh and the lettuce still crunchy, fries were crispy, my modifications that I asked for were correct and they remembered the straw/spoon in my bag without my having to ask. The new Frosty flavors are a fun novelty and I'll probably try a new one the next time I'm at a Wendy's. The woman who took my order and then did my charge and handover was very polite and pleasant. No complaints. Would stop here again for food. My only ding on the stars was that I wish Wendy's would do slightly more variety for food/burger/sandwich options but that has nothing to do with this location.”

“After an exhilarating autumn day spent admiring the foliage at Mountain Major, our group of eight Taiwanese friends found ourselves famished and in need of respite. Fortune smiled upon us as we discovered New Happy Family Chinese restaurant at 943 Suncook Valley Hwy S, Epsom, NH 03234.

The menu boasted an array of tempting dishes, and we weren't disappointed. The Orange Chicken ($13) was a testament to authenticity, striking the perfect balance of tangy and sweet. The Mongolian Beef ($15) was a savory delight, its tender slices of beef complemented by crisp vegetables.

A standout was the Vegetable Egg Foo Young, which transported me back to the bustling street stands of my hometown. The Chinese eggplant with garlic sauce was a masterpiece, cooked to perfection with a harmonious blend of flavors.

What impressed us most were the generous portion sizes. Each dish could easily satisfy even the heartiest appetites, making the prices incredibly reasonable. The warm ambiance and attentive service added to our overall positive experience.

“I had lived in Epsom for 35 years down sized and off to Pembroke I can tell you this I eat more subs from all over New England I stoped July 5 at 5 pm and I thought I was in a different restaurant that I have used for 35 year the place was immaculate nothing out of place the floors with the cleanest I’ve ever seen I ordered a large Italian loaded to go got Home and notes way I Said to my wife boy that place I have never seen it that clean back home I ate that sub and said omg this sub is the best I have ever in my 74 years I had to call them ant tell them it was the best Italian I have ever had loaded with meat and veggies omg they said their dad bought the. Bussiness I said you tell him I said he’s got the best Italian in the state so thank you for you service and making that sub A+++++ I’ll drive the ten miles to keep coming back. “This McDonalds has an early morning senior bingohosted by Elaine. She makes it a fun morning, always has a smile. They don't advertise this event, so not many people know about it. The other customers look at us as they walk past and happily yell bingo. I think more people would attend if it was mentioned from time to time.its a fun beginning to a slow Tuesday. Most of us stay for breakfast after the games. Win or lose, Elaine makes it a pleasant social hour! Thank you.”

“We had the pleasure of getting our wedding cake from Jacques as part of our venue wedding package. They were fantastic to work with and made sure to explain everything up front so we knew what we were getting. I brought in inspo pictures and they made sure to make the most perfect cake to go with our celestial wedding theme. We got a three tiered cake. The bottom was chocolate with cookies and cream filling, the middle was vanilla with cookies and cream filling and the top was red velvet with buttercream filling and the entire cake was covered with their buttercream icing. The buttercream was super light, the chocolate and vanilla cake with the cookies and cream filling was perfect. We got so many compliments on look and taste from our guests. Would definitely utilize their services again in the future and will recommend them to anyone looking as well.”

“Sunday mid morning and The Eggshell is full and moving along, coffee is excellent, Crystal our wonderful waitress went above and beyond.. The man in the kitchen cooking the food was sooo nasty. We ordered eggs bene and the eggs were soooo runny I think they hit the water for 3 sec so nasty mushie.. The guy cook was busy rolling his eyes at everything,. 2nd plate eggs and kielbasa, w/ raisin toast.. my gosh another easy plate nope not for this guy.. toast burnt beyond toast , eggs not cooked to scrambled burnt. all of this after an hour wait just for food... What was a staple for Sunday breakfast will now be reconsidered”

“Awesome time at Oddball Brewing in Pembroke, NH for a pint & a flight. June 2021 was the last time I was here & the taproom was completely different looking, but the vibe was the same cool fun atmosphere. I remember the previous time I was here you could see the brewing area from inside the taproom. Almost every table was taken up this Sunday afternoon, but my friend & I scooped a open one near the bar as people were leaving luckily. It was great to see them busy & thriving though, I know there was a change a couple years ago, but I can't remember exactly what went down. Let's get to the important part though, the beer. 🍻🍻🔥☘

I started off with a pint of the LITTLE IRISH RED CORVETTE - OFFICIAL Red Ale that was a excellent red ale, a style I've become really fond of lately. My first taster in the flight I scored was the SIREN STOUT ON NITRO - IRISH IMPERIAL - OFFICIAL that was a good slightly above average Imperial. My second taster was the WILLY'S WITBIER - OFFICIAL Wheat Beer, again it was good, but not great. My third 4oz was the GLASS BEACH PALE ALE - OFFICIAL that I thought was really crisp & refreshing for a pale ale. The last taster was the delicious VOW OF SILENCE BELGIAN TRIPEL - OFFICIAL which I had had on my previous visit years ago, but still enjoyed & held up now. 🍻🍺💪💪🔥

All the usual seating options here including tables, hightops & limited bar seating. It was definitely fun to run into & talk to a few friends of the page for sure, makes continuing to work on this worth my time. I didn't get his name, but the beertender was super friendly & gave me a sample of a beer he helped create THREE CHEERS HEFE - ANNIVERSARY BEER - 2025 - OFFICIAL which was really good with subtle banana on the finish. Great brewery, well worth checking out if you haven't been or haven't been in a while like myself, cheers! 🍻🔥☘✌♥️🍺
