One of our visits was with guitarist playing and our group of 10 thoroughly enjoyed the visit! Hoping the kitchen opens soon, but charcuterie boards were delicious!! When you first walk in, it really feels like you just stepped into your own kitchen. Tables feel like a spot to eat and relax for a chat. Then there's clean glasses for water and silverware to help yourself. It's as if everyone contributes to the atmosphere, even the customer... very refreshing!”

I’ve tried in-house beef jerky from many many shops and their maple jerky just might be my all time favorite.”

“This is an amazing and unique place. They have wonderful beers and great mead. They also have a full service liquor license. Their menu is small and specialized but they always have specials and everything is fresh. I was most impressed by the staff and the service. Just wonderful. The venue is a beautiful barn with breathtaking views. I can't wait until the weather warms up so we can enjoy the outside experience at this gem. We will most certainly be back.

“Sunday mid morning and The Eggshell is full and moving along, coffee is excellent, Crystal our wonderful waitress went above and beyond.. The man in the kitchen cooking the food was sooo nasty. We ordered eggs bene and the eggs were soooo runny I think they hit the water for 3 sec so nasty mushie.. The guy cook was busy rolling his eyes at everything,. 2nd plate eggs and kielbasa, w/ raisin toast.. my gosh another easy plate nope not for this guy.. toast burnt beyond toast , eggs not cooked to scrambled burnt. all of this after an hour wait just for food... What was a staple for Sunday breakfast will now be reconsidered”
