Everyone is very nice and they don't waste any time taking your order and getting your order to you. Over the Thanksgiving holiday DD was swamped with black Friday shoppers. It was amazing how many staff were behind the counter, all working together like a fine tuned machine from taking your order to keeping the long line moving. And Krystal, the Manager, has always been pleasant and friendly. And finally, the Hinsdale DD has the best coffee of any DDs in my area.
Overall this is a decent Dunkin' located in Walmart. They have everything you would usually want. The staff is friendly but they seem a little stressed at times. I have never had any mistakes with my orders. So yeah, definitely a good location. Get your coffee and walk around the store. Just please don't leave you cup laying around. Why is that so much to ask?

Got the super special order coffee in less time than it took to pay for. Coffee jumped off the seat of the cart right after we exited through the doors to the outside. Went back in for a replacement, got one of the 3 part special ingredients out and he repeated the rest back to me. Told him we spilled the 1st one in the parking lot and got the 2nd one free even when I tried to pay for it. Will be returning later this week!
