“I work next door at Bernardston Sunoco, and I've been getting coffee, etc semi regularly for a few years now. I usually have a positive experience whenever I order from Dunkin. My only criticisms are the bathroom could be cleaned more regularly, and I wish the Dunkin brand would go back to the original platform of just coffee and donuts. Aside from that, good job Bernardston Dunkin!“

“Went through drive thru and had wonderful service by a young girl. Not sure of the name but it was on November 11th about 3:00. Good customer service is lacking these days. She was a breath of fresh air. I tried to tip her but she politely refused. Thank you and keep up the good work.“

“Out of all the Dunks in Brat, this one always makes my order (sugar shakin espress coffee) perfect 👌 they also make my sons order (frozen hot chocolate with whipped cream) perfect 👌 E.A.C.H. time, even with different employees making it. It's a small location, mixed with a gas station. I think most of their business is with the drive-thru. Most times, we've had to wait a few minutes longer then other Dunks in the area, but for me I'll wait knowing my order will taste right every time. Staff is friendly and store has always been clean when I've been in there.“
