“A French man from Paris, France gives two big thumbs up for their baguette and croissants for their genuine fragrance, texture and taste. Great price for the quality, too, and that's what I like! We tried all the bakeries along Amherst St in Nashua and others in nearby towns and can firmly say Woodman's is the best. We will keep trying other items like kouign-amann, but I think this place is a winner for authentic French and European breads.Parking: A great location off a major street, Amherst.“

“This little restaurant came highly recommended so my wife and I decided to try it. The owner is very kind and accommodating. The Empanadas were incredible and authentic. We brought some home for our kids, and they loved them too. Highly recommend.“

“I went back to this place recently and was really disappointed in myself that I didn’t go back sooner. My friend and I’s smoothie was amazing and she was impressed with her pop tart. I’ve talked a lot about this place a lot since I went and I hope to be back real soon .Dietary restrictions: Had no problem finding a dairy alternative“

“My husband's birthday cake (pistachio) was the best one we have ever had. The frosting was not overly sweet (which sometimes can happen with cream cheese), and the cake was the perfect consistency: light and flavorful, moist. Really just the perfect cake. The staff was so kind and helpful, both over the phone and in person. We will definitely be back! I'm excited to try their cupcakes next :)“

“Bagels are good, cash only, prices on high side especially when you consider the $10 lox sandwich had a tiny shred of onion and a little shred of tomato and maybe 4 or 5 capers on it. These ingredients aren't very expensive, why don't you give people a real sandwich and maybe you'll get repeat business from them.“

“Always enjoy the quality/taste of the food and welcoming feeling when I am in the store. I really need to make the effort to get there more often.Parking: I’m sure it depends on several variables that can affect it but, I’ve never had a problem parking on the street in front near the store.“

“We love this bakery! They have great pastries, but only if you arrive early enough. Unfortunately it is very popular and they do run out of popular items early. We enjoy the elephant ears, pain aux raisin, as well as the lemon tarts. There are other bite size pastries that are crunchy with a cream inside at checkout... I wish i could remember the name because they were DELISH. The cashier sold me and I'm so glad she did. Small standing area, not much seating, and typical bakery look, but there are also a few cases of chocolate with the pastries. Overall a great local spot, we just wish things were there a big later/ fresh throughout the day like some other local bakeries“

“Delicious cupcakes! I ordered a dozen assorted cupcakes for the adults at my daughter's first birthday party. I regrettably ordered at the last minute, Raffaella was very accommodating which I appreciated! Don't be like me, order in advance ☺️They were so beautiful and so delicious. I've been back already for more treats. A must visit!“

“Although my Spanish is sometimes terrible and I don't hear well, the people at La Latin Bakery are very friendly and the food is incredible. If you see this, I'm the redhead who buys pancakes and empanadas :) Sorry for not understanding much of what you're saying, but I love your store.“

“Such fresh well made European pastries!! Everything is fabulous including American favorites that are usually pretty heavy & chalky like oatmeal raisin cookies. DD got a ham & cheese croissant and said it was fantastic!! The prices are quite modest and the staff & ambience are terrific! Recommend 100%!“

“We have driven by this cafe countless times and did not know it was here. I am so thankful for Yelp for helping us find it. Located on Main Street in Groton is this charming cafe. It is well decorated. The staff were prompt and friendly. The baked goods were beautifully displayed. The food was fresh and flavorful. We went for breakfast. My daughter had a donut and a bagel with lemonade. I had a honey butter sea salt bagel with ice green tea and my husband had The Goat and Guac Breakfast Sandwich which he said was one of the best sandwiches he ever had and he's had a lot of breakfast sandwiches. We split a raspberry scone. Everything was fresh and delicious. I am so glad we found this cafe and I can't wait to go back.“

“I'm not gluten free, my wife is so when we see a gluten free bakery, we stop in for her to get something. She got the gluten free brownie which is also dairy free. Well, she lost half that VERY large, VERY delicious brownie. No kidding, it was better than any brownie I've ever had, gluten free or not! WOW! Typically I'm not a fan of gluten free but next time we're getting two baked goods and we're going back to try a breakfast sandwich on their gluten free, dairy free bagels. Spectacular!!“

“stopped in to get a hot chocolate and honestly kinda fell in love. it’s a cute place that smells so yummy and has so many good food options. the staff clearly cared about the work they did — super nice to everyone in the store, very pleasant attitudes, sweet to a fumbling newcomer like me. I particularly liked how kindly they addressed their evident regulars. def recommend stopping in for a treat“

“Preparing for my friends 50th birthday our lovely german shepherd decided our cookie favors looked better on the floor. We called Fredricks and they made us delicious and decorated cookies (2 dozen) within hours! They saved the day and they were affordable and amazing!“
“I've been here numerous times over the years and generally liked it. However, our group was generally disappointed with our dinners and certainly didn't warrant the prices charged. The $40 filet mignon was well past the requested medium rare, pretty tough, and lacked flavor. The Thai salad ($27 I think) was mostly soggy vegetables on pasta.“

“This Market and Cafe is a popular spot for breakfast, picking up fresh prepared meals, items from their bakery or their meat counter. We have visited on several occasions and have always enjoyed our visits. My husband likes their coffee, breakfast sandwich's, beer selection and meat counter. I like their smoothies and prepared salad. My daughter likes there bakery counter, especially their croissants. It can be very busy on the weekend. The staff is always friendly. There are only a couple indoor seats and several outdoor seats. The only negative is they are expensive. If you are looking for something special it is worth it.“
