“I'm not quite sure why this post says I'm recommending because unfortunately it was a horrible visit. We had been there before and enjoyed the food, cocktails and atmosphere. This particular night our waitress was great at first but after sitting there for two hours and eating the free bread,an appetizer and an entree along with two cocktails we were told we could not get a dessert martini. She claimed it was a "new rule". Strange because we have done this before. She offered us dessert, we said no thank you. We were already disappointed with the Chicken Primavera and my fiance's under cooked ravioli. She walks away without offering the check and has her coworker come over with takeout boxes and starts boxing up our meals. I asked if most of my meal could be put in the box without all the excess oil because my food was drowning in it. The brunette with glasses made the comment that the oil will get absorbed by the pasta. So rude!! Don't get!! It's oil not water and my food was drowning in it. I have never felt so kicked out in my life!! It was 6:30 on Friday. Thanks ladies.“

“Tired from attending NASCAR race . Delighted we came across Veanos . Obviously a local favorite as the staff called many of customers by name . Dinner came quickly delivered by a very lovely attentive server . Two of us had meals of spaghetti, salad, 1beer , bread , side of sweet potatoes fries ( large portion done perfect ) and huge vegetarian sub . All for just less than $38.00 !!!!! Fantastic price for warm welcoming restaurant! Oh Im Italian and I recommend !“

“If you are looking for a nice dinner in the Merrimack/Amherst/Bedford/Manch area, try Trattori Fondi at the BVI! We have been several times and it does not disappoint! I got the chance to catch up with one of my girls there last night. It is our usual meet up spot and such a great atmosphere and meal! The staff is beyond kind and I love that they can read a room. They are not rushing you but still checking in at just the right times. Spring Panzenella Salad, Linguini Nero and Hugo Spritz.. yummy!!“
