“My son and I went through the drive thru this morning. Makayla was so friendly and nice. We chatted for a few minutes while we waited for our coffee. It was such a nice change from the usual person running the drive thru who is so rude and says..."is that it?" over and over and said "that's what you ordered...bye!!" and shut the window on me when I said my coffee was wrong. Even going inside the staff Is so over the top friendly and nice except that one person. He shouldn't be in customer service.“

“I don't eat fast food. If Subway is fast food then that's my favorite. With that said I go to the Miccy D's on Chelmsford St in Lowell for coffee. Not expensive and they make whatever you ask for. Sweet, funny, polite and absolutely awesome coffee. Very impressed with that store... across the board.a“

“They're always friendly, they have yet to mess up my order, and when I asked for extra cream cheese on my bagel, WOW they actually did it! AND they spread it! Most dunks I've been to plop a small ball in the bagel hole and call it a day. I love coming to this dunkins. They're fast, friendly, right on point. Thank you all for making my day. My only complaint is I didn't get my receipt so I can make a great review for you guys on the actual dunks site!“

“This was the freshest and best quality of food we have gotten. We visit 3 other locations more regularly and this was the first time coming to the Hudson location. The 2 double cheeseburgers were made correctly with our customizations, the burgers were fresh and juicy with the perfect amount of sauce and it was put together without cheese halfway off the burger and other ways we have gotten it from other places. They really were good for McDonald's. Plus our fries were salty, fresh, and soft instead of stale, tasteless, and so old and dried out you choke on them like in other locations. Plus the customer service was pleasant and didn't have us waiting for 15 minutes for 2 burgers and a small frie. Good job Hudson 10 PM Monday crew!“
