“By far, my favorite Five Guys. Every time I come in, I'm greeted by friendly staff and the smell of burgers and fries. The place is well kept and the food is always cooked fresh. But the real stars of this place are the staff. I don't know who trains them, but they keep a positive attitude and genuinely want to do a good job. Take today. My wife casually mentioned their ketchup dispenser was out. Now, they had plenty of ketchup packets so it wasn't a big deal. However, they took the time to come out and refill. Granted it wasn't busy, but we appreciated the act all the same for they didn't need to do that. I hope the company recognizes this location as a whole as one of their best with particular attention to the workers who run it. Thanks Keene Five Guys!“

“I think there was a problem with your fries tonight. They tasted old and were cold. First time I've ever thrown a whole order of McDonalds fries away. pick up was approximately 5 pm.“

“Since the Burger King returned to Keene, it's had its ups and downs. But the restaurant it is today is leaps and bounds better than when it started. The restaurant is constantly busy but even being behind 6 cars in the drive thru, it was less than a 10 minute wait. The food was hot and prepared correctly (I customized my burger and my chicken sandwich), and both the employees I interacted with were friendly but efficient. The food was great and the crown they offered tied the bow on a great visit to BK!“

“They were out of many things this evening, which is no surprise (they only reason for four stars on food - it’s always consistent taste, and I value that). They were busy at the drive through so I went inside. I believe it was Nora that took my order. She was patient, professional, and collected under all of the chaos running the front of the house. I witnessed her talking to a DoorDash delivery recipient and she couldn’t have been better at customer service. Give that young woman a raise or promotion! She clearly cared about the customer experience! - both in person and delivery.

I enjoyed the paper floral displays and how the atmosphere wasn’t so corporate - felt comfortable and chill. I did not dine in, but I enjoyed the space while waiting.

“So, before heading to this KFC today, I read a LOT of really negative, one star reviews on here. I was scared, but I figured I'd give them a fair chance.

I got there at about 4:40. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the lady at the register. A couple other employees also smiled and nodded, acknowledging my presence. Nothing like the reviews about being ignored or treated like an inconvenience.

She was patient and helpful as I made my order, and gave me a receipt unprompted. As I prepared my drinks and waited, another customer came in and was told, there was no coleslaw (which she asked for). The staff were apologetic and offered other options. Again, nothing like the reviews of being mislead and given whatever.

My order was ready in under ten minutes. All of it was correct, hot, fresh and I got all the condiments and items ordered. And they were training a new employee!

Maybe it was a really good day... but, great job! Give them a chance. :)“

“I write this review, to hope it improves! I will happily bring my business back, once it improves. I went 4x in one week. So not bad luck or anything!

Food was good, but 3/4 times rice was not fully cooked and still crunchy. Everything solid though.

Service is bleh, some people have been nice, others have been quite rude and not listening to what you ask. I’d be ok with worse food, If I was treated nicely!

Place is always dirty, garbages overflowing and one of the days - no ice in soda machine!

I would love to bring my business back! I hope this Chipotle improves.

EDIT - Location has really gotten better the past few months, happy to say. Way cleaner and ice is almost always back. Quite happy!!! Good on the management & staff.“
