“If you're in search of authentic Haitian and Jamaican cuisine, The Karibbean is a must-visit spot. I recently had the pleasure of dining there, and it was an experience worth sharing.

I ordered the Goat Curry, which was served with a side of rice and beans and their signature Karibbean slaw. The curry goat was flavorful and tender, truly a standout dish. The Karibbean slaw had a nice mild kick, which I enjoyed, but if you’re someone who isn’t keen on spicy food, I’d recommend letting them know when you order. For those who love a bit of heat, it’s perfect.

For my sides, I had the fried plantains and veggie patties. Both were delicious and well-prepared, complementing the main dish wonderfully. To wash it all down, I opted for mango juice, which was refreshing and sweet, exactly what I needed to balance the spices in the meal.

Dessert was the Haitian brittle, a coconut treat that was just the right amount of sweet to finish off the meal. Unfortunately, I was too full to try it right away and had to save it for later, along with the veggie patties. The portion sizes are generous, so you definitely get your money’s worth.

The ambiance at The Karibbean is warm and inviting, with a vibrant Caribbean feel that makes you want to stay and enjoy the atmosphere. The service was excellent—attentive and friendly, adding to the overall experience.

I had the chance to chat with the chef, a wonderful Haitian gentleman, and it was a highlight for me. Anytime I get to speak French, I’m thrilled, and it was a pleasure to hear about his passion for bringing authentic Caribbean flavors to the community.

Overall, The Karibbean is a gem for anyone looking to explore Caribbean cuisine. Whether you’re there for the food, the ambiance, or the friendly service, you won’t be disappointed. Just be prepared to leave with leftovers!”

“Great restaurant located right on three lake. Seafood, burgers, salads, and other options. For dessert ice cream and milkshakes. Charming place with a lot of history. If you have a boat you can also dock directly at the restaurant and walk right in. Highly recommend!”

“Ordered many times over the past week and each time it's been a wonderful experience. The staff is always super fast yet patient, attentive and helpful. Food is 10/10, ordered many different things and each exceeded my expectation. Had a mix up with my order this morning, seemed like an accidental bag swap as another person came up with a messed up order as I was leaving, and they immediately made it right. As a former service worker, seeing what I assume was a manager hyping their staff at the same time as keeping them to task was a pleasure. Can't wait for my next order”

“I've been going to Ziggy's the past 12yrs and they have been consistent and amazing! I don't find my self in West Leb NH often but when I do I def make sure to stop at Ziggy's. Their staff is beyond friendly and amazing and one never has to wait long. Pizza is some of the best I've ever had, and the Garlic Knots are beyond THE BEST. Deserts are hard to pass up, as they def scream Eat Me first thing as you walk in. Def a great family place as well as place to sit and have a drink, watch a game and enjoy some sides. You def won't be let down!”

“First time here. I read reviews and came to check it out myself. 13.95 for dinner and soda was 2.99 for total with tax was $18.47. Service was great. Quiet. I was surprised at the minimal selection and how small the food selection was. Food quality overall was average, food was hot, and was stocked. Im used to large buffets down south and understood that lebanon was small so they couldnt put too much out or it would be a wasye with food costs. I do recommend the place and ill definitely be back again.”
