I was eating in the lobby with my 9 year old while she did some remote school as we are in the area for appt. one the staff went on brake sat near use. he played videos on his cell of jail inmates and gangs abouts violence and drug trades I asked him to turn it down he smirks and turns his head. I dint think this is appropriate to have full blast with the wording it's putting off etc. and it being a staff member playing it. photo of empoyee I had issue with.“

“This is directed to Kathy Forbes . What you neglected to say is that parking is posted Customer parking only. It means Subway customer parking not Twin Smoke shop parking. So your car was towed because it was illegally parked. And any car that is illegally parked is going to be towed . So that 400.00 fee is all on you .“

“The young girl on shift, was very nice and pleasant, a waited a tad bit but did not mind because customer service was amazing. she made my sandwich with love, as it tasted wonderful. the restaurant was very clean, smelt good, and organized. food area was cleaned as well. I would 110% come back to this location. ty for the amazing food, and customer service. the young lady on duty deserves a raise.“

“The pickup was great. The store was clean. All the associates were friendly and engaging. Food was made very good.It was very delicious. The drinks were properly prepped for travel and ahead of the food so I didn't have to wait and make my food cold made for great experience.

I am disappointed in the size of the street tacos and the cost of them but that has nothing to do with this store.That is a taco bell problem corporately“

“Victor at the drive through is the perfect example of what’s called hospitality and great customer service. He cares about his customers not just ordering their food like a machine but delivering a warm welcoming attitude to his customers at his window and show them how much he cares while I’m waiting for the food he brought my order out and double checked if I had the sauces I wanted or the food and went back for the things that were missed. It just went so beyond any other fast food restaurant and other drive through worker which was never happened in the past of my entire life. I truly believe he will be a successful person no matter what his doing in his future careers. I wish this guy the best. “I was in a HUGE dilemma and as always Kevin was there to save the day! I cannot thank you Kevin enough for that last minute order but as always you came though again! I had my daughter's graduation cake made there and Kevin saved the day with my other daughters birthday cake and she was ecstatic she absolutely loved her Pennywise cake!!! So again Thank You Kevin for saving my day and giving my daughter an amazing cake! It put a huge smile on her face!!! 10 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ $36.00 was well worth it!!!!“

“Always great food and great service , had a a minor hiccup when ordering once, but it was quickly rectified. The only disappointment about the whole place is that when they first opened is they had nice sturdy pizza boxes with their logo and last time I went the pizza boxes were quite flimsy and had no real curb appeal. If you have a quality product like they definitely do , it should be presented in a quality way .“
