Dunkin' Donuts in Manchester

“My friend came out carring 3 X large coffees in a carry-out tray, she tripped and fell dropping all 3 coffees and her donut. One of the servers, a young man, came out, helped her up then he went inside and replaced the coffees and donut, free of charge. I don't know if he was supposed to replace them or not but it was such a blessing to us and I'd say he went above and beyond to help my friend.“

“I've been to many Dunkins and this one is the absolute best and they are quick and very pleasant wish they were all like this but then I wouldn't have found the best one around now would I ?thank you for all you do ! I work overnights so they make my night 1000000 times better ?“

“Friendly little Dunkin' that is working on developing a connection to the community. The clientele and associates make me think 🤔 of the "Golden Girls" visiting "🥂 Cheers". Customers were actually addressed by their name 📛 and one associate was talking to a group of ladys who were crocheting.
There are outlets where you can charge your device. I would recommend a plug that will prevent your device from being hacked or prevent the download of malware.
I ordered a Dunkin's refresher online and it was ready when I arrived. My second 🥈 visit, I just had a coffee ☕ with five Munchkins. It was Dunkin' but I liked both.
If you like Dunkin', or Dunkin, or Dunkin Donuts, then I recommend this one.

“I specifically drive out of my way to go to this location. The employees are attentive despite being slammed busy which I super appreciate since my husband has a dietary restriction and doesn't use sugar in his coffee. I understand it's natural and accidents happen but I do not have that issue at CandianRoad. The overnight team is great at this location!“

“I need to take the time to talk about this Dunk's! The food and drinks are consistently great. The staff is awesome, friendly and professional! Special shout out to Melissa, Tammy and Ricky! I had another Dunk's give me an undrinkable mess that was a large so it wasn't cheap.
I was telling Tammy how bad it was and that I had to walk all they way back to fix it. She made me the correct coffee for free. THANK YOU! CMC Dunk's owes you guys! .......it made my whole day. I had been at the hospital for tests. I got a ride home, so I hadn't opened the coffee yet. I was in pain and disappointed. So, Tammy made my day about a half hour later.
All the staff chats if it's not too busy and they are just so nice, kind and take pride in their place. Thanks guys!!!!“

“5 ? Always the Best tasting Coffee in town. So many Coffee & Creamer, and Shot Flavor's. Delicious. Great Drive threw Service experience. No problems. Associates very nice, Friendly Helpful. Great listeners. We like there Online ordering. With drive thru pick up. How can you say No to Bacon, Egg and cheese. On Croissant. LoL.Or Bagel with Cream Cheese. So good. There's so many Delicious Donuts and snacks. All so Yummy ?? Thanks to all the Associates for being there for Us. We appreciate You ?☕? ??“

“I really wish they could make my latte correctly because I really like using this location; it’s conveniently located, the staff is extremely friendly & eager to assist you & it’s always clean. The drive thru is quick, don’t think I’ve ever waited longer than 5 minutes start to finish. But every single time I go there my latte is AWFUL! What I get is pretty simple: Lg Iced Latte with Caramel swirl, liquid sugar & whole milk but it was never made correctly whether I ordered through the app or in person! It’s either way too strong, they allow the espresso to melt the ice by putting the ice in first & pouring the espresso on the ice melting the ice & watering it down so you get a lukewarm watered down latte, the wrong flavor was used or regular sugar instead of liquid. One time I was given whole milk, caramel swirl & liquid sugar- NO ESPRESSO!! Regardless of what is wrong with it…. it is always wrong. These drinks are almost $7 so I want it the way I want it. I don’t go there anymore but my boyfriend will go there sometimes & I always know he did…. cause it’s wrong!!“

“Always something missing. Some of the employees don't even acknowledge you. Trash area is always mess. I find myself cleaning it while waiting.

Parking: Heavy FedEx and Amazon location. Trucks coming and going and it's hard to get in in the morning.

“Best Dunkins in Manchester, the service and atmosphere is the best In the city. They won't mess up your order nearly as often as the other ones. Love the decorations they put up for the holidays as well.

“This is the fastest, Dunkin’ Donuts! I don’t know how they do it! My only concern, is the past few months, whenever I get the mini bagels, they’re so hot like they’ve been nuked in a microwave… They’re impossible to pick up. And I did burn my mouth on them the first time. Please don’t nuke these!“

“EDITED:(SEE BELOW⬇️?)Great place, friendly staff, perfect food and drinks, clean and fast service, as long as this is the one off exit 1 on NH101 in Auburn in the Mr.Mikes/mobile gas station cuz they're the best in the whole area from Manchester to the seacoast!! Craig, Ashley, Alexis, Olivia, Diane and anyone else I haven't mentioned (because I may not know your name)are exceptional! They go above and beyond for their customers and actually care and make their food and drinks with love ♡ and you can taste the difference ? they're all amazing employees and whoever does the hiring continue to hire amazing people and you know exactly what a business needs. “Service was all around a very good experience ? The employee greeted me with a smile, as I approached the counter. I ordered an Iced Coffee, and it was prepared exactly how I ordered it, the coffee was fresh and tasted great!Gratuity was well deserved to the employee who served me! I hope gratuities are aloud to be given to the employees at this location?!“

“I always order ahead online and they're quick to have it ready at the drive thru. The bacon on their breakfast sandwiches is nice and crispy, not soggy like at some other Dunks. They forgot to give us our bottled water, but the staff is friendly.“

“Frozen coffee is fantastic. I don't like hot coffee though. I initially fell in love with the Coffee Coolata and wanted to cry when it was discontinued. An employee gave me a sample of the Frozen coffee but I found it too bitter and strong. She then suggested that I request HALF the coffee syrup. It was almost like the Coolata! If you liked the Coolata you've got to try the half syrup frozen coffee.“

“I've never had issues in roughly 8 years coming to this DD. Friendly staff and my orders are always ready when I arrive. Use the DD app, place your order and in 5-10 minutes skip the line, pick up your order and earn points for free items on the menu once sufficient points are accumulated.“
