“I had heard about this place online and saw it was to far away from me and I was not disappointed one bit. This place is so incredibly cute and the atmosphere was so freaking amazing being able to sit down and drink my coffee in the sun was just amazing and just everything about the vibe of where they are located to the really awesome layout they have I have nothing bad to say, baristas were extremely nice and everyone was incredible there!

“Easily one of the best restaurants in Newmarket, but also the whole Seacoast. Their crab Rangoons are like none other, and they have the best Pho I’ve ever had. I’ve tried to find similar executions of these dishes in different states but nothing beats the way Basil Leaf does it. Their curries are always delicious, and full of fresh veggies. I make it a point to come here at least once whenever I’m back home. The service is always amazing, the family that runs this restaurant is so kind and happy to have you every time.”

“An awesome, cozy little spot in Newmarket to grab a bite or see a show. My wife and I have been going there for years now since they started doing Bar Trivia on Wednesday nights. We always looked forward to coming in and getting one of the chicken sandwiches and a beer and doing some triv. It’s always pretty bumping in there at night and the staff are always quick and friendly. We’ve seen a couple of shows there as well and it’s a blast. The upstairs is decked out with couches and chairs to make it a little more intimate. This is one of the coolest spots in the Seacoast area and I’d recommend it to anyone!”

Hard disagree with the comments about the service- they’re not rude here at all. It’s a classic Chinese American takeaway for your comfort cravings.”

“I felt I had to write this review. I stopped in here with my niece, cousin, and 60-something special needs cousin. He can be quite intimidating, brash, and loud. I’d given the restaurant a heads up before he came in because all he really wanted to do was watch the hockey game. I was told it would be fine and they could put the game on for him. I have to say, I was completely blown away by how great everyone was. While my cousin was on better behavior than he has been in the past, EVERYONE was super kind to him. The server (I’m so sorry, I’m horrible with names but I know her daughter is in first grade I believe since my cousin said he’d been in first grade three times), was incredible. My cousin doesn’t really understand boundaries and she had no issues with him at all. She made him laugh and laughed at his jokes. Even the other customers were amazing. To the man at the bar who dealt with my cousin joking about being tough and played The Doors for him as well as the two women sitting next to us, one of whom went to her car to get ibuprofen for my cousin’s shoulder so I didn’t have to leave and find a store: you guys are truly awesome. Everyone turned what could have been a rough night into a night that made me want to cry with happiness and relief. Do I recommend this establishment? You bet.”

“Gepetto's is a refreshing oasis disguised as a small town pizzaria... the owner Jimmy, is a warm, personable , kind and generous friend to our beloved Exeter area and Newmarket community for decades now... heralding as far back as Supreme House of Pizza, a favorite meeting place for regulars and townie like me. The food he and his staff share is always fresh and tasty, born out of Jimmy's passionate desire to care for us customers one by one as our friend and as an offering of faith and joy. Thank you Sir for all you have given and have yet to give. We love you! Highly recommended for you, your family and friends!”

“Two Bees was such a delightful find! Everything about them was perfection. Walking into the cafe, the decor is lovely with a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the river. The staff was so sweet and just lovely authentic people. But the offerings they had were simply divine. Their croissant was reminiscent of European quality, all their ingredients were fresh and tasty, but the best thing was their passion fruit tart- outstanding! Very highly recommend this place!”

“Cornicello is truly one of those hidden gems - staff is incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Food is superb !! Love the layout of tables - all by the windows with river views.
