“I am a very regular customer of subway at Jiffymart, Newport, NH, so much so the staff recognizes me on sight, i rarely have to tell them my name. They will grab my order for me without me saying a word. I order at least once a week. I have had my shares of issues, but the staff is always willing to do what is necessary to make it right and I am appreciative and thankful for that.
All issues I have had over the years is either, issues when I order on the app (not in person to supervise) or in doordash delivery. I had subs made wrong to completely wrong sub to missing items. Subway is always willing to make it right. Subway has done remakes for me to giving me a refund. I used to tip on the app as a way to encourage them to make it right the first time when im not in person to supervise. I have had too many issues that I no longer tip on the app. Sometimes the issues are caused by incompetent staff, they do hire once in a while a really dumb people, I have experienced some of them. Most of the staff are wonderful.
My overall experiences at Newport Subway are good to excellent, I give 4 out of 5 stars. I have never had a 1 star experience and i have only had a 2 star experience only one time, due to a dumb associate that no longer works there, she made me the wrong sub when i specify it when i order, had to have them remake it. I do wish corporate Subway would update the app to show updated inventory of cookies. More often then not when I order cookies on the app, the store is out. I would also like to be able to file a claim for a refund on the app as well, I was told you can get a refund from the app and I can't find it, but the store is awesome in making things right.
