Merland's Tap & Table is a welcoming spot for friends and family with a mix of deli, restaurant, and dive bar vibes. Despite its old-school charm, the staff is accommodating, helpful, and very pleasant, willing to go the extra mile with kindness and patience. The food is consistently delicious and fast, with standouts like the poutine, original smash burger, Ruben, fish tacos, and fancy BLT. The fries are cooked perfect and there’s a ton of them! The service is generally great, with friendly and attentive servers, even when busy. While the restaurant may not be immediately wheelchair accessible and the layout is a bit clunky, the staff works with customers to ensure a great experience. With a pool table, table shuffleboard, and foosball, plus a menu with something for everyone, Merland's is a highly recommended place.
