The women behind the counter was more interested in placing a inventory order than paying attention to the fact their was a customer wanting to checkout. I attempted to purchase a soda and she said that there was a $3 min for a debit card purchase and said I had to buy more. Was told when I entered the store that they would be closing at 10:30 that evening so I got my movies and was about to check about at about 10:30. Then they told me that I didn't have an account which I didn't know I needed and that I needed a license from Bannock county and or mail for this all why the lady at the front was being extremely rude and disrespectful. We used to love to come in and rent movies a lot. But now that Judie is there we can't even stand going in there anymore. She is constantly running her mouth and rude to people who try to ask her questions while she is running her mouth. Very unprofessional very rude and never shuts up.
