The service and food was outstanding. I had sword fish which was cooked to profession. My husband had veal Marsala which he said was outstanding. I highly recommend Woodbound inn this was our first time and we didn't know what to expect but we were very pleased with our experience there.
Have been to The Grove many times over the years. Was, frankly, surprised at how few people were dining on a Friday night. They seem to have made some menu changes, which can be a good thing (and we did not explore those changes). The fare is more pub food than fine dining, and we both had the fish and chips. I found the fish to be oily and under-seasoned, and it was served on top of the chips, rendering them soggy. The cocktails were good, and the service was courteous and prompt.

Definitely make reservations. We went for an early dinner so we could enjoy some quiet before the dinner rush. The staff was kind. It seemed as though our waitress was spread thin going between the bar and dining area though as it took some time to get our check after we had finished and our table had already been cleared.
