Dunkin' Donuts in Rochester

“This is a great Dunkin' Donuts to go to but alot of times the line would be long and I would have to wait impatiently for my food. My Brother which is 18 has a job so if you see a person with a peach muctashe also with a beard that has messy black hair that is him. But I like this place no questions asked.

Kid-friendliness: It's for frownsto smiles for those little kids and big adults.“

“This has to be one of the busier Dunks locations. Right on 125 it's the perfect spot to pull over and grab your morning beverage. Unfortunately for the crew and customers, they are wildly understaffed at the wrong times. The crew do their best to keep up and smile at the customers but you can tell they are understandably overwhelmed.“

“I ordered my meal on the app and picked it up through the drive thru. There wasn't a super long line when I arrived and my order was ready by the time I got to the window! I got the $6 sandwich meal and oh my it was cooked perfectly! Yummy 🤤. Friendly staff at the drive thru window as well. Overall a great experience!!

“I was there 9am on a Saturday.
It was busy and they had a lot of help but they were somewhat slow.
Food, I got a bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel and hash browns neither were hot.
For the record they never are.
I met up with a couple of friends and I must say nobody wipes the tables between guests.“

“I really can't complain about Dunkin Donuts. I know it's a chain. I know it's convenient. That's the point! I walked in and was able to order a dozen muffins for my staff right from the oven! Nothing tastes better than a muffin fresh out of the oven!“

“Service here is usually quick and they don't often run out of things (even at 5pm!). Not really a sit down location, but you can go in to order if you want/need.

“Night crew is much better at faster service depending on who is working the coffee is made much better as the swirls are not on the bottom of the cup and orders are hardly ever wrong and they work hard to make sure the customers are happy with their order and service“
