“Mine and elderly mom’s first time to a Kelly’s today, from West Springfield, MA. Not only one of the best roast beef sandwiches I ever had, but also the manager chatted with us and was sincerely welcoming. Thank you!“

“I love Shake shack, the burgers are delicious as well as the cheese fries and they always have some kind of special or seasonal offering. I'm not super impressed with the current Black truffle Burger, but you can't go wrong with a burger from there with some nice crispy onions some shack sauce and whatever else you like on your burger. The shakes are phenomenal because they are frozen custard not just regular ice cream and again that's another thing they always have some kind of seasonal offering on. I wish they would bring back a shake they had a couple of years ago it was called the cherry blossom and I was devastated when it rotated off the menu. There's always something new and different to try and if you use Uber eats a lot of times they throw in a buy one get one free deal which you can't go wrong with. If you've never been it's worth a stop, I remember when they opened one in New Haven it was the first one outside of New York City I believe there was a line down the street for weeks. I also have never met a dog that doesn't like the bag o bones.“

“It was quiet when I got there, and there was no one in the kitchen area and I waited a few minutes for anyone to appear. The food was tasty as expected, I like the free toppings to customize every burger. It seemed expensive though, a regular fry and burger(no drinks) was just over $18, but it was their "standard" double bacon cheeseburger. Seemed like less fries than normal but I had a few more than I needed so no worries.“

“So food was delicious as always, however it did take a few for the workers to even acknowledge my fiance and I. However, I'm not going to fault then for that, before they were clearly busy. As for the place itself, it was relatively clean besides what looked like soapy water from the kitchen leading to the dining area. Otherwise it was a fantastic trip. Food was hot and ready, and once the employees actually came over, the service and the energy was amazing. Overall, I'd rate the experience 8/10.“
