“Our first night in Andover before heading to Salem we wanted to mix with some locals and unwind. Muddy Waters was the spot. Jackpot. Casual atmosphere, ice cold beers, great mixed drinks, and always some form of entertainment. We are, drank, met some new friends, played some Keno, and were entertained with live music. Food was great. Nice bar menu. Highly recommend.“

“We regularly visit Paddy's and always have a positive experience. Their staff is super friendly and treat their regulars fantastic. The food is standard American bar food, and you get exactly what you expect. We enjoy their Monday night trivia and special events. I also appreciate that they are involved with the community, like opening early after the Turkey Trot. If you are nearby, it's worth a visit.“

Most of the patrons ah very down to 🌎 with only a small percentage (as with most ANYWHERE ya go) who ah not 'very nice' If you're out & about on your Harley Davidsons, it's a great place to staht, and/or finish, your day with friends, old & new! “First, I'd like to say I tried contacting Charlie's before I went this route. I didn't get a response. I've been to Charlie's with a group of 8 for lunch. It was very good. We got what we ordered and everything was delivered together. On Friday, 4 of us went there for food and drinks before the Folk Festival. Okay, Corona, I asked for lime. Didn’t get it. No biggie. Two of us ordered hamburgers, one ordered a tuna sandwich, the 4th haddock. Nope, no haddock. Okay, sirloin tips. Nope. Country chicken. Nope and don't know what it is. Okay....I'll have a hamburger. 15 minutes after (mind you 25 minutes have already passed), sorry. no buns. How about white bread! 40 minutes after initial order, hamburger on white bread and something resembling a tuna sandwich (?) arrives. We felt sorry for the waitress. But definitely poor service. I'm sorry I have to post this, I like helping local businesses, but lack of listed items was horrible.“

“I hosted an event in The Old Court's function room this week, and I could not recommend it more highly. Finbarr and his team were so helpful and kind in the planning process and the day of the party. They went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. The food we ordered was delicious (special mention to the potato skins). Cole was our bartender upstairs, and he was quick, friendly, and helpful, making sure everyone had a good experience and that we had what we needed at the end of the night. I would absolutely use the function space again, and will be back for meals in the meantime. Thank you!!“

“Wanted a chicken barb, my dad took me out for lunch to this place and its amazing. Food was 10/10 service was 10/10 Jenny and Ashley took care of us. My dads drink was refilled because it was empty (good eyes on table) we were checked on a few times between food drops. Im really impressed. Great work ladies, you made such a great impression on me as a patron and a former bartender. Owners you should be very proud of your staff, good help is hard to find and it seems you have a few gems in 1 spot. Well done. We will be back more often. “Absolutely love Hare of the Dawg. Consistency in all areas you want, quality food, great servers, and good portions. I’ve been ordering the meat loaf here for the last year or so, so when our friends from Boston visited for the weekend they had to see what this place was about. THE MEATLOAF DID NOT DISAPPOINT and neither did any of the other dishes. Once again, will be coming back and hopefully soon“

“Place was great early on and even through Covid. Recently prices spiked and food prep went down a notch. Seems like they’re more picky with their waiter/waitress selection than quality of their chefs. Polished concrete floor just makes it way too loud to have a descent conversation, especially when you have a table full of over-served knuckleheads next to you.

And as a reviewer mentioned below, they way over-salt. The batter on the calamari was so over-salted to the point we couldn’t even eat it. I also had the halibut recently and it was way overcooked and way over-salted. They need more quality control coming out of the kitchen.“

“Had a wonderful Valentine’s Day dinner here. Everything was awesome! Chicken wings, shrimp Alfredo and chicken pot pie was all sooo good. Dinner rolls were to die for. However, the highlight of the evening was our awesome waiter Aaron! So polite, funny and attentive, even recommended a dessert (Mississippi mud pie) which did not disappoint!“

“A beautiful location if you have a large group. Our waitress was awesome and very friendly. I would definitely recommend it.It's a country club in a ritzy area, so the prices are a little higher but not awful if you'refrugal. There's an online menu so definitely check that out.“

“They have some of the best chicken tenders I've ever had. Be careful if you eat too many you won't have room for the other good food they have. I have had the haddock fish sandwich, cheeseburger, steak and cheese as well as their Mac and cheese before....mmmmm delicious! Not much of a drinker but they make a tasty drink when I do get one. Food though is great.“
