“If you’re looking for the perfect place to celebrate a birthday, throw axes, eat great food, drink excellent cocktails, and accidentally discover your sister is apparently the most popular girl in Haverhill… look no further than Wicked Axe. My sister’s surprise birthday party was awesome.The food was genuinely great, not the usual “event food” where you politely chew and pretend to enjoy a dry chicken skewer. The drinks were awesome, the axe throwing was a blast, and the live band had the whole place buzzing. The venue itself is huge, fun, and perfectly set up for groups. But honestly, what made the night stand out was the staff. With that many people, something usually goes sideways. Nope. The team handled everything like pros. They were friendly, organized, and upbeat. Wicked Axe absolutely nailed it from start to finish. Great entertainment venue, great atmosphere, and a perfect spot for parties, events, or just releasing a little stress by hurling axes at wood like a civilized adult. Highly recommend. “Looking for a chipper & a couple Guinness, you found the place. Nice staff and doing great before a hockey game at Tsongas on a Saturday afternoon. Talking to a couple folks who go there often they all love it.
Later College crowd, so if that energy is good you are in the right place.“

“We just experienced our 3 visit today. I took my mom and fiancé Krista For their prime rib special, as always, absolutely delicious. The food and drinks are amazing. And the service is excellent we had the owner Brenna as our waitress she is an absolute sweetheart super friendly and the bartender Greg was on point with the drinks. And the atmosphere is always great. We will definitely be back again soon. Raerocks definitely rocks“

“Stopped in last night with a large group of family and friends after attending a wake. It was getting late and we were all hungry and tired, so everyone was looking forward to sitting down, having a good meal, and unwinding with a cocktail.

Our server was wonderful, the food came out quickly, and the portions were generous enough that many of us brought home leftovers for another meal. There was also acoustic music playing, which added a really nice touch—it was enjoyable without being too loud, and we could still easily hear each other across the table.

Overall, it was a comfortable and welcoming place to spend the evening without feeling rushed or like we were inconveniencing anyone. Five stars for sure!“

“I was hopeful that this place would be fun because the reviews seemed good. Our server was great. Super friendly. We were sat right away. BUT, we went there based on the band description and the reviews on the "night life". What a disappointment!! We honestly didn't even bother to wait for the band to start playing because the room was filled with geriatrics!!!! Not 1 person even close to our age. And the bathroom was disgusting!!! That says a LOT about the owners. They seemed nice but were too busy chatting it up to address the bathroom issues. I might give it 1 more try next summer when we can hang out outside. Not a great night life kind of place for younger people but the food was good. It's an in and out kind of place IMO. I was looking for someplace FUN to hang out for a while after dinner! This just wasn't it.“

“Tonight is my husbands birthday and this being his favorite restaurant it was a no brainer to come. He has just had a pretty major surgery which affects how he eats quite a bit and I just have to say Melissa and Dave (he was training I’m sorry if I got the wrong name) were absolutely AMAZING. They made the whole night so enjoyable even though my husband struggled through eating. They were also amazing with our two kids! I have never been a huge fan of the TGIF menu but even the food was wonderful tonight. Even if it was awful, I’d come back for these two amazing servers ANY day. Thank you is not enough to express how grateful we are for the wonderful service tonight 💕“

“What i loved is the screens that are on each table. Kept my daughter busy throughout lunch. The stakes werent the best meat, had one of our steak redone because it was well done and we ordered medium still we got rare at the end. All in all good place but the steaks werent the best“

A smile that could absolutely light up an entire room. I have never been graced with this type of presence in the entirety of my long, dreadful life. She has turned my frown upside down. Might I add, her boyfriend, Alex, is the most amazing, most personable person to have the pleasure of sitting at the bar with. We have A LOT of cheeky banter. Shoutout Danielle; and shoutout Alex. Shoutout her grey goose sodas, and shoutout her aura. Next time you stop in to your local Derry, NH Applebees, ask for the Owen special! Not only will it make your whole week, it will make your tastebuds tingle.“
