“This place was F-ing perfect. It was so perfect. Oh my GOODNESS. Had the March menu - my first time at Pickity.Strawberry Lemonade? InsaneTomato Soup? BangerMediterranean Salad? Certified BangerRolls & Red Pepper butter? MassiveSteak Diane? NuclearCarrot Cake / Keylime thing? Blew me awayI loved Pickity Place. And Poppy the Cat just chillin on a shelf of the gift shop was so bizarre that it just put a cherry on the whole thing. A must-try restaurant.Parking: Parking is tough. Unpaved dirt road.”
“Everything about their food is amazing, everything is fresh and I swear these were maybe the best bagel sandwiches we’ve ever had.The service is fantastic, welcoming and nice people. Ambiance is great, friendly and warm.”
“This is a cute little coffee stop with excellent quality drinks. Highly recommended for a delightful drink. The iced maple coffee and the moca were outstanding.”
“Stopped for dinner on Sat evening after reading all the great reviews. We drove past the place at first but eventually found the restaurant. There are a few tables upstairs and a cozy room downstairs, which was almost full. We found a few spots at the end of a table and ordered some drinks. They have a good draft beer selection and a variety of specialty cocktails.Interesting menu, a bit limited but that's preferred over a large selection of mediocre plates. Two items were sold out (beef stroganoff, tuna) so we ordered the korean chicken sandwich and cod. Both were very good. We started out with the pork belly boa buns which were tasty - we only wished they had more filling as the pork filling was very flavorful. No dessert this trip, we were full. The bill came to $120 (includiung tip) for two entrees, one appetizer, 2 beers and 2 mixed drinks. The menu rotates every two weeks so we're looking forward to trying it again in the future and exploring some new dining options.”
“It was suggested that we try this restaurant by the staff at Pearl Oyster Bar next door because they had no tables. I'm gluten free so was a little disappointed that the menu had nothing marked as GF. Although when I checked out their website upon returning home, they do list items as GF. In any case, I ordered the grilled ribeye which was very tasty, accompanied by whipped potatoes, broccoli and crispy onion straws. Hubby had the short ribs with whipped potatoes and roasted root veges. The parsnips were a little under cooked but the rest was delicious. He enjoyed the pineapple custard for dessert. Atmosphere was good, a nice crowd for a Wednesday.”
“Always amazing food, prices are market competitive, and we always see great people here. The staff are wonderful and so accommodating!Try the breakfast sandwich on a biscuit “with everything”, or truly anything else- you can’t go wrong! Lattes are 10/10 as well. They have great seasonal flavors and always quality ingredients for all their items.Vegetarian options: Plenty of veg options and you can customize your meal if neededDietary restrictions: A lot of accommodating options for most food restrictions. Just ask the staff and if it can be done, they’ll make it happen!Parking: About 10 spots directly outside with another 10-20 or so available for overflow across the road in two different areas. We’ve always found a spot during the week even when it’s busy.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly- they have high chairs and are happy to see children aroundWheelchair accessibility: A bit tricky for wheelchair accessibility but I’m sure it could be done!”
“2nd time coming here. Service is wonderful. Every person there was so friendly and attentive, even when slammed. Food from here has been great, minus their french fires (a bit dry and not crispy/fresh tasting). Pizza, salad, and sub were great. Definitely going back.”
“Our absolute favorite place for a great cup of coffee! Not only are the macarons delicious with ever changing fun flavors, the cupcakes are perfectly bite sized, and both pair well with their wide variety of coffees. The staff are always friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming :)”
“My wife is a "cupcake expert" (she has a PhD in cupcakery..heh...) & she says that the ones from Frost This are THE best! Super nice people, too. If you stay to eat, they also have toys for kids to play with. Me, I like the chocolate chip cookies. 10/10 on both quality of the cupcakes and the customer experience of going there. Highly recommend.”
“Just an update: Hilltop Cafe is as good as ever! It may have improved! The food is something special - fresh ingredients, served in imaginative and delicious ways! The servers are friendly, accommodating, and pleasant! It's so refreshing to find a place like this.....”
“What an absolutely amazing experience! Thoroughly recommend reservations at the bar, so you view a team in sync. Excellent menu, fabulous wine pairings, and groovy atmosphere.”
“We had a paint night here tonight and it was our first visit to Divine. Everything from the planning process , to the wine, food, atmosphere, service and the wonderful staff was a 5 star evening. Thank you for everything.Parking: Right on main Street, there is parking in front or plenty of parking a short walk away.Wheelchair accessibility: Nice ramp walkway into the front door.”
“We were pleasantly surprised by the ambiance, the service and the food. If you are looking for a place to have a memorable meal where you feel like you went on vacation , this is your place. We will go back again and again and hopefully convince them to open another location in our hometown”
“As a former chef of both culinary and pastry I have to say the whoopie pies I got at the Milford farmers market are out of this world! Bonus my husband loves the peanut brittle so much! We will be back soon!”
“Atmosphere was great. Very good diversity of flavor for your palette. Owner/ operator is an absolute gem to talk to. This place is a diamond in the rough, give it a try.”
“Great spot, we were able to sit outside thanks to the unseasonal weather. My party of 3 had sandwiches. One person is on the keto diet and the other person has celiac disease. Meeting these requirements was no problem. The waiter was attentive and fast, but we never felt like we were being watched over or forced to hurry. The atmosphere was fun with interesting Halloween decorations among other interesting items. The food was great, I had a Ruben, and it was perfect. Thank you Harlow's Pub for a great dining experience.”
“One of my favorite places in Peterborough NH for dinner. I have tried many of their dishes. All of the food has always been amazing. I eat here a couple of times a month and starting to get to know each one of the staff. I usually sit at the bar and eat and order a mixed drink. I have noticed when I sit at the bar the mixed drinks seem to come in taller glasses. I don't mind, and usually only need one because of the size and strength of the drink. Food never takes very long from ordering to serving which I love. If you haven't tried to eat here you really should give it a try.Parking: Parking lot was recently paved in 2021. Parking is part of the plaza so there is always plenty of parking spaces available.”
“Awesome gluten free options. We have had gluten free whoopie pies, cupcakes, cookies and carrot cake and have never been disappointed. Our guests are surprised to find out that they are gluten free.”
“Per usual, there is a bit of a wait to dine here. Our waiter was fairly attentive. Food came out relatively quick. Really enjoyed the fried donut sampler. I continue to feel like prices are a little high. And yet I continue to eat here.”
“Good spot for a good lunch. Went here twice food is great. Would recommend if you’re in the area and need something good and not hurting your wallet. Only issue is…you gotta wait.”
“Everyone has their own preference on pizza but for someone who is from NJ, this is the only pizza in town I find good. The sauce is savory, the cheese blend is excellent and crust is good.”
“I cannot say enough incredible things about Baker's Station. I ordered a custom cake and smash cake for my son's first birthday. Amy is so talented, so sweet, and such a pleasure to work with! The cakes came out absolutely stunning! I literally started crying when I got home! They are everything I wanted and more!! Thank you so so so so much!”
“I am not yet a member but I am planning on joining. I loved that they have a separate smoking room. Most posts still allow smoking. Also the regulars were welcoming and friendly. And inexpensive drinks and a pool table are nice to have.”
“These soups are amazing! They are all uniquely flavored and it is easy to tell they are made with healthy ingredients and lots of care. Rachel also makes other items to go along with the soup at times. I have had the scones, pop-overs and mulled cider and all were fantastic. I highly recommend these soups. I have never had one that myself or family members do not like! It is a hidden gem for soups.”
“Our family had a blast. They offer bumper lanes for a set price per hour which was great for our kiddos. There is a small arcade on site which was fun as well. The food and drinks were good and the service was amazing.Kid-friendliness: Small arcade on-site, bumper lanes for kids, and kid friendly atmosphere”
“The very sweet bearded man had the kindest, funniest personality while my older mom and I were figuring out what to eat. We split the apple, bacon and onion sandwiche and had a cup of the curry carrot soup each. It was absolutely perfect for us. We roamed around the bookstore after and we just kept talking about that sandwich all day. My only note is that coconut cream would've been awesome in the soup”
“Nothing like an açaí bowl and this place does it best. Had to go with the island bowl and it exceeded my expectations. With the exceptional quick service, top tier bowls and coffee this place ranks very highly in my list!”
“It was a maze to get into the building, but the food was worth it. My daughter and I each got a ham and cheese sub, and they were made to perfection. The pickles in the sub are like a deli style pickle so they are delicious! I would definitely navigate the labyrinth to get in a second time!”
“Food was great - we've always loved Grappelli's, even more so with the new owners. We had the Pizza of the Month and it was so tasty! However it was our first time dining in, and I was a little disappointed for the following reason - we had our 10-month-old daughter with us, and as it turns out, Grappelli's isn't so family-friendly. We had just driven an hour to meet family for lunch, and we immediately needed a diaper change. I headed back to the restroom to find no area to change my daughter. Thankfully, I had a changing pad in our bag, and changed my daughter on the bathroom floor (yuck). We came out from the bathroom to sit down for lunch, and unfortunately no highchairs were available. The food was awesome, but the dining-in experience left me not wanting to return because I felt it was not baby-friendly! Otherwise, absolutely no complaints. Just a heads up to anyone with toddlers/babies!Kid-friendliness: Not baby-friendly.”
“Lovely atmosphere, great breakfast sandwich. However the dirty chai was the worst I've ever tasted...extremely bitter and grassy..so I'll be staying clear of that in the future. Wish they had some more non-coffee options. Definitely will ”
