I ordered a sandwhich over a week ago online and was told that the product was out of order and that I would need to see a manager for a refund. Every time I call to speak to the manager, there's not one there. The most recent time I was put on "hold" meaning the phone was just put down for 15 minutes and no one ever talked to me. Went there with a coupon it expires on 25th of June I presented it they charged me full price said expired 2pm ,,well why don't it say that on coupon very unsatisfied customer will never go there again

Question to the franchise owner Is it common practice to turn customers away 30 mins before closing time? I understand if it's absolutely dead and it's like 8:50, cleaning up early. Worked in restaurants in my 20s, I get it. 3 weeks straight, but tonight, while there are 2 people having sandwiches made, the worker says "this is it". Strange, I thought businesses were trying to make money.
