Tonight we had service by Mira in West Lebanon,NH and she was the best waitress I have had in so long! Constantly clearing wrappers from the kids, brought drinks before we asked and was so sweet.”

Employees were impatient and sort of rude when we went in but it makes sense if it’s been busy. Doesn’t always happen when we come in. They were badmouthing other people with boss and we were within earshot. Either way, the cookies are all that matters Lol and they are seriously ALWAYS AMAZING, everyone should get this weeks menu”

“I have had some of the product a couple of times now and have been pleased with their food. The people who work the sushi station are always friendly and if the have the ingredients avail are more than willing to make up a particular entree if you don't see it or if you have a food allergy and cannot it the item the way it is prepared in the case.”

“i walked into Tropical Smoothie Cafe and i felt the positive energy the staff gave off, and the smoothie and food was on top! they really locked in and did they’re best and it was excellent! i recommend Tropical Smoothie if you looking for a calm relaxing place to grab a smoothie and something to eat.”

“Can tires has always been our go to for fettuccine Alfredo. Tonight was no different. After a long week I placed an order at 7:30 not realizing they close at 8pm. I arrived at 8:15 and the place had a small line and atleast 3 tables full. The staff was incredibly hard working and wonderful. As a person who has worked retail I HATE making people stay past closing time. I usually don’t order so I feel bad that I did this. But you would never know it’s past closing, the staff was working their butts off, still pleasant, acting like it was still another hour until closing not already past it. Truly hard working staff and since the ownership change it only seems to get better. Sorry to the staff I helped make late to go home but truly impressed with your dedication and general pleasantness.”

“We went towards the end of what was probably a very long first day for these workers and one of the out of state workers here for the big opening (we asked- she’s from GA) had to clean up an unfortunate spill my daughter had with her drink. We jokingly said how maybe she was the first person to spill at the West Lebanon Jersey Mike’s, trying to make her feel better about her accident. The woman cleaned it right up with a great attitude and then came back a moment later and let our girl write her name on a sandwich bag and told us she would hang it up out back so she could be “famous.” It was a really cute moment and made her feel better! Everything was delicious- local and visiting workers were friendly and on point. Amazing. 😊👏”

“My husband and I stayed at the hotel due to an extended power outage in our town. We checked into the hotel and ran into friends from our town doing the same. We met for drinks in the bar and it was fine. We had the breakfast buffet in the morning and it offered all of the basics. It was quick and hot.”

I’d rather go without caffeine than to go anywhere else. And to know a shop actually cares about the customer and their order is just mind blowing in this day and age. Thank you guys so much!”
